To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

AMAZING

This place was amazing it has everything you need,great location ,beautiful inside and out,the view is great and the air conditioner kept the place cool the entire time we will definitely be back every year and be booking this place if it’s available!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was awesome and we liked our stay very much, but I was shocked to learn at the end that the owner offers Starbucks gift cards for reviews. I think bribing reviewers is an unacceptable business practice. (No need to say I refused.) I'm not going to book here again.

Great condo, great location

We have stayed in several units at Kihei Akahi before, but this one is the nicest so far. Clean, modernized, two air conditioners and two TV’s. Only negative is the location by the elevators which can be noisy, but the positives certainly outweighed this minor inconvenience. We had two small issues that were handled by Matt at PMI Maui within half a day, so the host service was excellent as well. I will seek out this unit again in the future.

Great location in Kihei

Perfect location near Kam II in Kihei. It was clean and had amazing views. Very nice to have a washer/dryer and the pool areas. All the supplies you need for the beach were provided and parking was nice. A couple issues: the fold out sofa was extremely uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. There was one night that these red ant looking insects were all over the sofa bedding and into the kitchen. We sprayed the bug spray and it seemed to work. The dish washer makes a super loud noise, so we had to run it during the day. Overall we were happy with our stay, hopefully the sofa can be replaced for our next visit!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pretty common set up. Smaller than others we stayed in up the road. Outside of building and pool areas need a refresh. Grounds are extremely well taken care of. Office staff and handyman were very attentive. We had a dishwasher that was very loud and we thought the garbage disposal was broken. Turned out one was WAI and the other needed a replacement. Staff showed up quickly and was out of the way. Hallways butt up against the bedrooms and its really loud. Bathroom is very small and you have a hard time getting out of the toilet without getting behind the door. Other wise, its a good stay

The kitchen was one of the most equipped I’ve seen in a rental. I think I’m a clean freak sometimes, and this one passed the test. The grounds are beautiful. The only down sides were a tight bathroom and having room to set luggage etc. Some of that probably is out fault because we don’t unpack our suitcases. Overall, a wonderful condo. Thanks for sharing

This property was clean and very nicely equipped with all the kitchen necessities. Wonderful view from the lanai made for relaxing mornings and evenings. King bed was comfortable and shower ok . The short walk to the beach gave us a bit of exercise. Altogether a wonderful and relaxing stay. We tip our hats to the owners for such a terrific rental.

Not exactly "luxury" but good enough for us!

Reviewer Comments: Overall, we found the condo to be clean, organized and well equipped. The balcony view was pleasant even with the pool and a parking lot below and condo buildings all around. The balcony is small, but the table with solar lanterns was a nice place to eat and write. The back of the building had a good view of Haleakala. The condo is in the back of the property (slightly uphill). Shops and restaurants are nearby and the beaches are across the street. The property is not fancy but is generally well maintained. The condo building exterior could use some fresh paint and carpet outside. The cons: The ice maker barely worked. The bathroom faucet is partially blocked so it sprays water around. The bedroom windows are glass louvers with screens and shutters and they directly face the elevators. Although people respected the quiet hours, you can hear EVERYTHING in the hallway, including the sounds of the elevator operating. If we could hear everything in the hallway, I assume that anyone in the hallway could hear us. It's a strange design to have windows that you can't close, especially since the condo has air conditioning and electricity prices are so high.Check-in with the condo office is 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Check-in doesn't start until 4:00 p.m. Therefore, you have a 30-minute window to check in. Hmm. We arrived after the office had closed but parked in our designated spot. In the morning, we were planning to get an early start to our long day trip. We found a note on our windshield that we had to check in and get a parking pass or our car would be towed the following night. We had to wait until the condo office opened. There should be a more efficient way. Perhaps leave the paperwork in the condo so we can drop it off at the office? Or have us sign everything in advance online? In the living room, I would have liked a rug and a comfy chair instead of a useless vase of bamboo. The wall art could be upgraded, too. But otherwise,

Relaxing and comfortable with a beautiful ocean view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay here! The space was perfect for my husband and I to enjoy a week away. My favorite part was hanging on the balcony with my morning coffee everyday while staring at the ocean - so peaceful! We both loved the location as it’s a super short walk to the calm beach across the street. You get a local vibe and then the more upscale Wailea is very accessible. The drive to Lahaina/Kanapaali was about an hour away, but we both agreed we liked staying in Kihei better as it feels less touristy. The space itself was very clean with all upgraded appliances, and pretty much everything you would need for a beach vacation. It looked great in the photos but was even better in person. Check-in/out was seamless. Would definitely recommend staying here to others!
