TOTALLY RENOVATED & CLOSEST TO THE BEACH!!
Welcome to Ekahi 20e! Our total renovation is now complete! After a day at the beach, relax on our super comfy furniture and watch our 50" Sony Bravia smart tv , or enjoy your playlist using our Yamaha Bluetooth sound bar. All new furniture has seating for 6, and the sofa includes a pull out bed.
Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring, new paint and decor, and high-speed ceiling fans were also done during the upgrade. Our unit is super bright, but never hot. However, for your comfort we also have split A/C with a unit in both the living room and bedroom.

The chef in the family will enjoy the brand new fully stocked high-end kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, quartz, and eating bar. The kitchen opens onto an oversized lanai featuring a family sized patio set with seating for 6. Unfortunately personal bbq’s are no longer allowed at Ekahi due to recent fire code changes. Deluxe bbq’s are available to use at the pavilion and just outside our unit. Enjoy the gorgeous garden view while listening to the waves crash and the birds sing.

Ah, the bedroom.... Serene and soothing, get ready for the best sleep ever. With a top-of-the line King mattress, down pillows, luxury linens & 32' flat screen TV, there's no better way to end the day! A very comfortable queen Murphy bed, and queen pull-out sofa bed with new memory foam mattress provides extra sleeping space in the main area.

There are 2 full bathrooms in our condo, both totally updated with solid wood cabinetry, walk - in showers, granite and quality fixtures.

Ekahi offers 4 pools, (3 quiet) as well as pickleball, gym, shuffle board and various lawn games (by the main pool).

We've tried to think of everything to make your stay perfect, and also provide a pack-n-play crib and a high chair. You'll also find everything you need for the beach including, chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys and more!

The reason we chose Ekahi 20e is location, location, location! Being close to the beach, in the 'lower village' is important as it means no long steep walk up the hill!! As well, our home away from home is well away from the street ensuring no traffic noise - only the sounds of birds and the ocean - paradise!

Maui's Wailea resort offers spectacular golf and world-class white-sand beaches. You will love Ekahi Village!!

Overall, an excellent vacation home! This is a very nice, recently renovated unit - beautifully decorated, well maintained, and nicely appointed in the kitchen and bathrooms. While you don't have the water view, it is a very short walk to the main pool and the beach. When I had questions before the trip, Christine answered my emails immediately. We had an absolutely wonderful vacation, and staying in this unit definitely contributed to the happy vibes!

This property was very clean, well stocked and in an ideal location to access the beach, pool and lovely common area. We appreciated the beach chairs, cooler and kitchen supplies. The kitchen had also been recently updated. One downside was the very noisy air conditioning units. It was not possible to sleep with them on so the bedroom was very warm. We also noticed the decor did not match the VRBO pictures.

Walk to beautiful beach!

Wish we could have stayed longer! sunset at the nearby beach was amazing!! The property had everything we needed, including a really nice, fully stocked, kitchen.

Excellent Condo! The location is perfect. Two minute walk to the beach. We’ve stayed in building 20 before, it’s a great spot.This unit was clean, comfortable, and Christine is an excellent host and easy to work with. There was a small issue with an appliance, no one’s fault, and Christine was very easy and responsive in dealing with our needs.The bed was comfortable, and the beach chairs, umbrella, and toys for the kids were great.We rented two units as we had a family gathering, location and unit was more than adequate!

Great!

We loved staying here during our visit to Maui this summer! The unit was clean and accommodated our family of 4 really well with plenty of space. Loved having 2 bathrooms!! Our only flag is that while the unit is close to the beach and pools, you do have to walk through the parking lot to get there. Not a huge deal but unclear to us until we got there. Overall though, highly recommend!!

Another amazing stay in Maui

Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us. This is our second stay in this unit and we highly recommend it. The unit is amazing, comfy furniture, well stocked with everything you need and just a short walk to the beach and pools. We loved it!!

Great place with kids

We had a great stay with our 6yo and 2yo. The pool & pavilion were amazing & right on the beach with sunset views. It’s a 4 min walk with kids to the pool. Beach access from the pool was great too. We had everything we needed- even a high chair, pool/beach toys, 4 life vests/floaties, beach chairs, baby shade canopy, umbrella, etc. I felt safe with both kids playing out back on the lawn (no cars) and the sliding doors latched up high. A box of laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and trash bags were also great for our family. Bring coffee not k cups. There were nice non breakable decor items (appreciated w a toddler) and a smart tv. We could walk to the shops at the mall but it was 3 miles RT although we liked walking off some of the dinners we ate out on the beach walk. If you don’t have a stroller you can connect to it via the beach access and it’s much shorter. the beach was calm due to breakwater and tide pools the kids enjoyed although we did our water play in the pool. There were always plenty of empty tables and chairs for sitting and eating or sunbathing at the pool no matter what time of day we went and we stayed during spring break. We usually stay up the hill at the grand champions and although overall this complex may be slightly older, we didn’t miss anything from GC and the pool/pavillion amenities & beach location put this one over the top. We were VERY grateful for an early check in due to a vacancy the night prior. Thanks again for the amazing vacation.

First time in Maui!

PERFECT location to enjoy a relaxing week in Maui. The condo was perfect for the two of us. It could easily fit a family. The walk to the pool/beach was very short and the pavilion was great for grilling dinner. We enjoyed the beach path, many nice restaurants including Merriman's, Mama's Fish House, and Monkey Pod. We saw whales, sea turtles and beautiful sunsets every evening. The condo had chairs, umbrella, towels and cooler to take to the beach. There are a few pickleball rackets if you want to play and the court is just a few steps away.We would definitely recommend!

Fantastic one bedroom, two bathroom condo very close to the beach (5 minute stroll).Very clean, fully stocked with all the beach necessities like chairs and umbrellas. Murphy bed and pull out couch are ideal if two more people show up. They even get their own bathroom!Ekahi main pool can’t be beat. Nice warm, large, salt water pool with loads of umbrellas and lounges. Never had to fight for chairs by the pool. Plus the beach is right down the stairs if you’d rather go play in the surf. Can’t be beat.

50th Birthday Get Away

Celebrated my wife’s 50th birthday in Wailea. This condo was fantastic, booking process was simple and the communication with the owner was very prompt and appreciated! Went above and beyond to make our trip one to remember. Would totally stay at this property again. Thanks Jason and Deanne.

Perfect location and beach!

One of our favorite beaches in Maui - sandy, shallow, no rocks. We were really close to the beach - 5 minute walk down the road or through the pavilion. Christine got back to me right away, answering my many questions! She stocked the condo with plenty of supplies!! Located in pretty Wailea, but just down the street from Kihei with plenty of food options. Highly recommend!

Our condo had everything we needed. It was clean, in order and close to pickleball courts, pools and of course...the beach. Everything work from the time we used our entrance codes to get into the unit through to the end of our stay. Wonderful stay.

Lovely spot!

We had a wonderful honeymoon stay in Ekahi Village! It was so close to everything we wanted to see and the beaches and pool facilities were beautiful. Had a few hiccups like the iron not working, broken chair and umbrella, broken fire alarm…but besides that the stay itself was lovely. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Perfect place for a family

We stayed for 6 days the location and accommodations were perfect. Plenty of beach equipment as well as well as toys for the kids. Absolutely a must if you’re coming to Maui with your family.

Beautiful Weather

Very disappointed. It had a very unpleasant smell. Did not have a comfortable feeling.... rewashed the towels and pillow cases and dishes we were going to use because I wasn't sure where the smell was coming from..... I could have stayed at a hotel for the same price... also... please dispose of dirty container and old condiments in the refrigerator

We chose to purchase at Ekahi Village as it is one of very few waterfront complexes in spectacular Wailea, because of its great location and genuine Aloha atmosphere. Ekahi Village is a very family-friendly development, yet quiet and sophisticated at the same time. Wailea weather is consistently drier and sunnier than other parts of Maui and boasts the most beautiful and varied beaches. The main lanai of our condo leads out to a wonderful, large, grassy courtyard that faces the ocean, providing gentle and refreshing ocean breezes and a nice feeling of spaciousness. We selected an 'end unit' which provides the benefit of privacy and added quiet.
