Beautiful view and right on the Gulf. Everything you need and very little of what you want to have on vacation. Comfortable bed and overall great location with a perfect balcony view.

Quiet Location on the Gulf

Condo was clean and provided a great place for my husband and myself. The furnishings were very basic with no frills - however - the view and small complex size was wonderful. Covered parking was also a nice bonus. Will stay here again!

alot of light coming into the bedroom from outside light. couch pull out mattress was completely worn down and could feel every spring. garage where you parked had the lights out almost every night. other than that the location was nice. ocean was beautiful

Room not ready

Was unhappy that my room was dirty when i arrived, they forgot to clean up after previous guest. Housekeeping had to come clean the room with me and my wife in there, it was a litle uncomfortable. But overall its in a amazing location with a great view. Beach is literally a few steps away! Would definitely come back

Love this area!

The location of this property was perfect for our family of 4. This location is away from the high rise condos, but close enough for a short drive to the main strip and restaurants. The unit itself could use a little updating, but was clean. The property is right on the beach and would be perfect for any little family or couple!

2 weeks at the beach

Have stayed here before and next door many times. We love the location it is the best thing about the property. Pluses, elevator, parking, location, view, good shower and super w/d setup. Challenges, really dated, needs paint and baseboard work bad. Darker curtains in the bedroom, please, the outdoor light is so bright it is very light all night. But we will be back.

Cozy with a great view

Most everything about our stay was great! Loved the location, the size of the room was just what we needed and the view from the room was excellent. The biggest problem we had was the access to the beach. The gate on the left side was broken which meant you had to take the long way around on the right side. Do not walk barefoot through this area because there are nails, screws and sharp shells in the sand. We stayed during 4th of July and you can see the firework display (at a distance) from right there on the beach. Great place!

a lot of broken thing, light bulbs out, handle on sliding door broke, towle rack broke, no frying pan, no coffee filters, one roll of TP. pedestrian gate does not work, must squeeze thru car gate.

Dated and Just the Basics

The condo is dated and has a slight moldy smell. Nothing terrible but noticeable. The condo has the basic needs but if you are looking for a high scale accommodations, you might want to look for something else. We had no issues in our stray and getting access and checking out was super simple. The location is great if you want to be away from all the people down at the main beach.

As we arrived we saw cockroaches crawling on the floor , sink and countertop, there was strong musty smell, old dirty furniture and cabinets , moldy toilet. The sheets were new but unwashed. We contacted the company immediately before we even unpacked asking to move us to another unit or refund so we can seek another clean place to stay. They refused a refund as well as moving us to another unit. They asked for photos of the bugs which we provided . They said they will send pest control but this even if there was a service it did not solve the issue. A few days later I was bitten by a bug while sleeping and had bite marks on my eyelids. It was the worse place to stay regardless of the views and I would not wish anyone to stay there until the completely renovate top to bottom and replace everything new plus contestant pest control prevention.Our vacation was ruined.

Great place to stay

The property was actually nicer than the pictures shows with a few exceptions. The view was amazing, right on the sand. Bed was very nice and comfortable. Nice window coverings and the furniture was nice. There was a few things that needed to be updated tho. There was not a walk way to the beach. You had to climb a hill both ways. The gate to the beach was not working. You had to walk around. The shower rod and curtain needs replaced, could hardly move the curtain across the rod, however there was plenty of water pressure. Everything in the condo worked properly. I would rent this place again.

Embarrassing

The Overall condition is bad shape. It's as if no one really cares about anything here. Peeling paint, worn out furniture, appliances on their last leg, window treatments non-functioning, they have filthy white plastic chairs for outdoor furniture that I would not let my dog sit on.etc., etc. Construction repairs to unit above was done at 9pm without notice. Even the Welcome mat is worn out! Embarrassing And you're Management team blames their Management team. What a mess in a great location.

Just little things

Need to let people know how to get in the main gate. Most gates don't open automatically so this was unfamiliar to me. Tell them to pull in close and the gate will open. :) Otherwise, the property was great!

I can’t wait to plan our next beach trip, as I already know where we will stay. I loved the fact that it was only 4 stories high and super close to the water. It made walking back and forth easy! Perfect location and our views were amazing!
