Marco Island and Suzanne are the best! She will meet you at the condo and answer any questions you may have and is also quick to respond if something comes up or if you just have a question about the area. Condo is clean, fully stocked and just as described in the listing. We have stayed here twice and are planning on returning again!

The pictures do not do it justice. We arrived after midnight and had no idea what we would wake up to the next morning. Spectacular!!! Our stay was incredible! This condo has everything you need. Great Vacation

We had never been to Marco Island and really enjoyed our trip there. Suzanne was so helpful and accommodating. The condo was clean, roomy, and well stocked. Anything we needed for the beach was available such as chairs, umbrella, and cooler.

Perfect escape

Couldnā€™t ask for more! The condo was perfect for our family of 6 and Suzanne and Lee were amazing to rent from. From detailed information on arrival and departure, and meeting us to show us around the property, they were the best! The master bed is comfy and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Thanks again and we will be back

Wonderful beach vacation

We had a wonderful week at the condo! Suzanne was wonderful right from the start! She explained everything to us and checked in periodically. The condo was perfect for our family. It was well stocked and right on the beach. As a family with three younger kids, we really appreciated all of the beach toys!! I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for the memories!!

Wonderful Stay!

We had an amazing week. The condo is well stocked and very clean. They provided everything you would need for a great day at the beach from beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. The walk to the beach is about 10 mins but the beach wagon is super helpful! Beds were comfortable. And we had plenty of room for our family of 5. And the view is amazing! The owner is the absolute best and was so helpful with making this trip a success.

Loved our stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The condo was absolutely perfect, very well and thoughtfully appointed. There were 6 of us. Two adults, three teenagers and a preteen, the condo accommodated us comfortably. It had everything we needed and then some! The view was stunning. Communication with the host was wonderful. She was a pleasure to work with a check in went flawlessly. Would definitely book again!

Relaxing in Marco

Great stay, the unit is as advertised. Suzanne was easy to communicate with and was available for any questions. The condominium complex does have several rules but nothing difficult to follow. They are thoughtful about common areas and security. The time in Marco was excellent and very relaxing.

Beach vacation

We love the condo. The view was amazing but the walk to the beach was far not bad out to beach but walk back from the beach was long across lots of sand. Beautifully decorated and very clean. The condo did not have a barbecue easily available and was charcoal - we are big grillers even on vacation.

N, thanks for your comments. Glad you loved the condo! I too wish So Seas had gas barbecue grills that were easily accessible. They just have the charcoal grills & a bit of a walk. Marco Islandā€™s sand is very soft, which I love, but it does make it more difficult to pull a wagon. Thanks again. Suzanne

We live full time on Marco Island & manage the property ourselves. Thus, we can ensure that the condo is CLEAN and has all the little extras for added comfort & convenience.

We purchased in So Seas because it was one of only four properties on the Island that is directly on the beach & offers weekly rentals year round. Most condos require one month or longer stays.
Also, it was one of the few that had multiple pickleball/tennis courts, etc.

Cleanliness & added conveniences such as Reverse Osmosis water, Safe for valuables, Soap/Shampoo/Conditioner/Lotion in Bath,
Clean comfortable bedding. And a gorgeous Beach/Water view.
