This modern, ground level, apartment is located in the heart of the Downtown Historic District, only steps away from Savannah's Famed Forsyth Park. This is the perfect getaway if you are looking for a modern getaway, either for an extended or short stay!

The garden apartment is on the ground level of this three-story town home and is accessed by from the street. Each square inch is carefully curated with the modern conveniences, and upgraded finishes. Entering into the living room, you'll find a large smart television, along with a comfortable sofa with queen size pull-out. Open to the living space, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen that features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the tools you need to prepare home cooked meals.

The bedroom with Queen size bed is tucked away towards the back of the home, drowning out the sounds of the city for a restful night's sleep. The full bath with tub/shower combo is in the hall - easily shared by both set of guests on opposite ends of the apartment.

Guests are a short walk away from the Fountain at Forsyth Park, and a beautiful stroll from downtown's main attractions such as River Street, City Market, and Bay Street.

From the charming entryway to the fantastic bed, this was a true home away from home. Very quick to respond to inquiries, clean, and fantastic neighborhood. Loved this property. Close to the grocery store and within walking distance of tons of attractions.

This condo was perfect. Beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Pictures donā€™t do it justice. Itā€™s spotless and beautifully decorated. everything provided for cooking, smart TV, great shower, super comfy bed and perfect location.

Nice getaway

We came for a few days and found this a really nice place; clean and comfortable. Quiet except for when people are walking in the apartment above. But very quiet at night. Nice place for a quick getaway.

The kitchen is not well equipped. There arenā€™t even potholders and inexplicably, there are two working microwaves. If all you need to do in the kitchen is scramble eggs, boil water and make sandwiches, then itā€™s sufficient. If you want to do anything else, bring your own cookware and utensils. The cookware and utensils are poor quality and do not meet current safety standards for non stick cookware. The sink wasnā€™t clean and neither was the interior stove. The bathroom tub fixtures have hard water deposits on them and black mold that needs to be addressed at the tub drain and where the tiles meet the tub. The bed has a pillow top mattress pad that is not comfortable. Someone left behind a used sanitary face mask on the entry table.

The property is beautiful, clean and within walking distance of most things. It was only my daughter and I. She did a college visit while we were here.we had an issue with the tvs but they had them fixed asap. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Beautiful location

Excellent location - 2.5 short blocks to Forsyth Park & can catch the hop on/off trolley. One mile to downtown. We felt safe walking during the day & evening in this historic neighborhood. Accommodations were good. Comfy bed & large kitchen & living room. Tenants upstairs were loud the last night. Overall, great experience!

Very clean and close to Forsythe park

The property was really good. the only not so good thing was that there were NO drinking glasses or wine glasses. 20 coffee mugs, but no other glasses. We did tell them when we left, and were told we should have told them. We were too busy during the day to ask about it, plus we were only there a couple nights. All-in-all the property is very clean and a nice size. The pull out bed is VERY uncomfortable, but the couch itself was a good place to sleep. And the property was very close to many things. We never had to move our car!

Nice place parking was difficult

Nice location, comfortable bed, BIG kitchen. We did not use the sofa bed so no comments. The biggest negative and why I gave 4 stars was parking. It was always busy (we stayed Monday-Friday). They are doing a massive high rise construction project nearby and ALL workers park in the area. The manager was great bring some missing kitchen items. I would have appreciated if washer dryer was in unit as they had hook ups but I knew this ahead of time. Overall if no car was needed or used it would be great due to location.
