Located on the west side of the island of Maui, this spectacular newly remodeled ocean view Ridge Villa is situated in one of the most premier locations in all Hawaii – The Kapalua® Resort. Once home to a working pineapple plantation, the resort embodies all the elements one seeks when planning their tropical dream vacation. With three world class white sand beaches, award winning amenities, and unrivaled beauty, there is no better destination than Kapalua. As a “low impact resort,” you have the luxury of enjoying all the resort amenities, but without the crowds.





This custom, remolded one bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom villa is the perfect location to reconnect with that which matters most. Featuring stunning ocean views of the island of Moloka’i, then continuing all the way to Honolua Bay, this villa embraces all the beauty and wonder that is our island way of life.





Inside your spacious villa you will find stylish, newly remodeled interiors and unparalleled views! This villa is freshly painted, with brand new furnishings, as well as new, tile flooring throughout the living room, kitchen, guest bathroom and bedroom.





The living room features a pull-out sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV with a beautiful, one-of-a-kind root console table, desk with a chair and AC. This room offers guests a space in which they can truly feel at home. Whether entertaining guests with evening “pupus” and cocktails, or relaxing after a busy day exploring the island, this upscale living room provides guests with a space that perfectly embodies the Hawaiian ambiance.  





A large, private lanai just off the main living area is the ideal location to take in the views of the island of Molokai’, and then the landscape continuing all the way up the coast to world renowned surf spot, Honolua Bay! With a raised table and seating for four, you will find this to be one of your favorite spaces in the entire villa. This location is ideal for a romantic dinner for two, for reading that book that has been collecting dust, or, watching the sunrise over The West Maui Mountains. As an added bonus, there is a grass area off the lanai- perfect lounging. With views like these, you may not want to go anywhere else!





During our winter months, the ocean before you is filled with the island’s most famous returning visitor, the humpback whale. These magnificent animals put on a show that is simply thrilling. This villa offers some of the best seats in the house to watch these beautiful whales jump clear out of the water and land in a giant splash!





A beautiful dining table is located adjacent to the living room, and has enough seating to comfortably seat four. With passing sail boats in the background, dining in your villa offers up a whole new sense of enjoyment.





The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked, and has everything needed to prepare and serve any meal. We have gone out of our way to ensure that our guests have all the comforts of home, close at hand. The kitchen is complete with a breakfast bar and two stools, custom, hardwood cabinets, elegant granite countertops and all stainless-steel appliances, including a full-size freezer/fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave. If you find you need something extra during your stay, please just let us know. 





The villa’s half bathroom is located off the living room and is complete with a full-sized washer and dryer, toilet, vanity with granite counter tops and a sink.





The master bedroom is incredibly spacious and features all new furniture. Guest will enjoy an elegant king size bed with a new mattress, end tables with lamps, a large walk-in closet, fan, AC and a small lanai. At the end of a busy day, this welcoming bedroom is the perfect retreat! Do note there is no TV in the bedroom so more time can be spent together!





The elegant, remodeled bathroom is attached to the bedroom and features two vanities with sinks, a large oversized soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. At the end of the day, pour yourself a hot bath, relax, and melt into your moment in time.





This villa comes with reserved covered parking, free wireless password protected high speed internet, digital cable, discounted golf, starter supply of paper towels, soap/shampoos, laundry detergent and bath/beach towels, beach chairs and cooler.

The Ridge features two beautiful, heated swimming pools. Both pool areas feature gas grills, lounge chairs, a location for eating, with tables and chairs, a shower, a soda machine and restrooms. Pool “One” has an additional full kitchen and large covered gathering area, making this a perfect space for dining throughout the day, rain or shine.

This bay is situated so that it is protected from heavy seas and wind. Its waters are calm and inviting; thus, it may be no surprise that Kapalua Bay offers some of the best snorkeling to be found on the island.
