A Little About Your Stay

Located at The Ridge Villas in the Kapalua® Resort, and with ocean views out of every window, this luxury townhouse is the perfect island getaway! Pour a glass of Maui Blanc, then enjoy the ocean views and the lush tropical surroundings. Perched just yards from Oneloa Bay and overlooking the Pacific Ocean, this fabulous villa offers views of Molokai’, The Kapalua Bay Course and all they way around to Honolua Bay, plus offers the most luxurious of accommodations.  

 

The location is perfect for walkers because it is just across the street from the famous Kapalua® Coastal Trail head – a gentle, meandering, well maintained hiking trail fronting the ocean front from Oneloa Bay to Kapalua Bay. Situated close to the lower road, this villa could not be more centrally located. Just out the door and to the left, a five-minute walk puts you at the new Montage Residences and Spa at Kapalua Bay, Merriman's Restaurant, the Pineapple Grill, the tennis garden, The Bay Golf Course, and Kapalua Bay. To the right is the exquisite Ritz Carlton Hotel and Spa, the Honolua Store and Flemings Beach.

 

This villa is situated at the end of Building Four with a rolling lawn area directly in front of the lanai, enhancing the openness of the villa. The lanai has a table and chairs for dining, and is a wonderful, peaceful space to read a good book or share an evening cocktail.

 

Inside your villa you will find a spacious living room with tiled flooring, loveseat, sofa with pull-out bed, coffee table, flat screen TV and AC. The large mirror behind the sofa nicely pulls in the light and views from outside. When sitting on the sofa, you are presented with vistas that are truly stunning. No matter where you are in the villa, you will find a gorgeous view.

 

A dining room table sits just off the living room and provides enough seating to comfortably seats four. Evening dinners become that much more magical when you have ocean views that rival even those of the most expensive restaurants on Maui.

 

The kitchen is also located on the ground floor, and offers a breakfast bar with two stools. This is a wonderful place to have a Mai Tai and share in conversation while the chef-of-the-day prepares a fabulous meal for your party. 

 

The remodeled kitchen is a chef’s dream! The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steal appliances and hardwood cabinets. The views from the kitchen sink will have kitchen clean up feeling like a joy! We know how important a fully stocked kitchen is to our guests. We have made sure that everything you need to prepare and serve any meal is at your finger tips. If you find you are in need of something extra, please do not hesitate to call us and we will be more than happy to provide it for you. The kitchen is complete with a stove, oven, microwave, freezer, refrigerator, sink with garbage disposal and all small kitchen appliances.

 

Across from the kitchen is the first of your two bathrooms. This bathroom has a vanity with sink and a shower. Guests love that this bathroom gives them the extra space needed to get ready for the day, or wind down for the evening. Everyone in your party will have more than enough room to feel at ease!

 

The master bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs and provide some of the most remarkable vistas in the whole villa. With unobstructed ocean views, as well as views of Molokai’ and the Kapalua® coastline, you may will decide to simply stay in bed! The wrap around windows and sliding glass doors provide a stunning picture that guests can hardly believe is real. The bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, AC, fan, dresser and drawers and a private lanai. The lanai has a small table and two chairs, perfect for watching an early morning sunrise and enjoying a hot cup of coffee.

 

The remodeled master bathroom sits just off the bedroom and provides our guests with a spa-like experience all their own. The oversized granite soaking tub is a luxurious escape from a long day at the beach. Pour yourself a hot bath with floating plumeria blossoms, and soak to your heart’s content. The bathroom also features a large glass shower, two vanities with granite counter tops and sinks, a closet and a washer and dryer.

 

This villa comes with reserved covered parking, free wireless password protected high speed internet, digital cable, discounted golf, starter supply of paper towels, soap/shampoos, laundry detergent and bath/beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler.

 

We are the only licensed on-site property managers. We are also Ridge owners. Thus we take an extra bit of pride in what we do. Our aim is to see that your stay with us is absolutely beyond compare.

 

Our rates are all inclusive. There are no surprises upon check-out!



Late departures must be made at the time of booking for a fee of half a days rent.

The Ridge features two beautiful, heated swimming pools. Both pool areas feature gas grills, lounge chairs, a location for eating, with tables and chairs, a shower, a soda machine and restrooms.
