Sun City is a 55+ retirement community. At least one guest must be 55 or older. A government issued ID is required, prior to check-in, to verify age.
Imagine sipping on a cool drink you just retrieved from the outdoor kitchen island refrigerator while you cook dinner on the gas BBQ grill as your significant other sits at the bar under the umbrella sipping their own cold beverage, watching golfers work their way to the green. Not a bad way to spend an evening!
After dinner enjoy a dip in the refreshing pool that comes complete with a diving board, a rare treat for a private pool in Sun City.
When you’re finished enjoying the outdoors, retire inside. Pull some, “old records off the shelf”, and spin them on the turntable. You will find that Bob Seger album (and many more) in the Arizona room collection along with several board games and an awesome chess set.
Not into games? Then relax on the mid-century leather sofa or Italian love seat while watching the 85” flat screen smart TV via a variety of streaming apps. Turn on the faux fireplace for added ambiance.
If you must work, there is a well-equipped in-home office w/ a printer, shredder, high-speed Wi-Fi internet and more.
This 2,260 sqft home includes enhanced security with smart lock system and no contact check-in and check-out. The unique floor plan offers 3 bedrooms. The “majestic” room sports a comfortable queen bed and the purple bedroom comes with a “bejeweled” king bed. The master suite is adorned with an inviting king bed, a 42” flat screen smart TV and an ensuite bathroom that boasts a soaking tub, separate shower and walk-in closet.
This beautifully appointed home features fine Italian porcelain floors, hand-laid tile insets a brand new washer/dryer, a fully stocked kitchen including spices, gadgets, cook ware, dining ware and a brand new refrigerator. Everything you need to be at home while away from home!
Important Notes
-To provide an additional layer of security for our guests, this property features an exterior security video doorbell. There are no interior cameras.
-Although our cleaning staff takes every precaution to provide a clean environment for each of our guests, we assume no responsibility in the event that you or your guests contract Covid-19 during your stay at our home.
-This home is located in the fly-over zone for Luke Air Force Base, and you will occasionally hear the sounds of freedom from the jets training. Although we enjoy this special treat, this may be an item to consider prior to booking. We will not issue refunds due to complaints from the jet noise.
-Pets, of all shapes and sizes, are prohibited and may result in a termination of the booking without refund. Three propane tanks have been provided, however; supply of the propane is your responsibility.
-The thermostats have been set to maintain the house between 68 and 75 F.
