The host was extremely nice, responsive and very accommodating! The house was beautiful and all of the games were a huge success. The backyard was awesome and even though we didn’t have a chance to utilize the pool, the backyard ambience was amazing. Definitely will stay here again if I get the chance!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. All of the game room games were in good shape and fun to play. The pool was nice and the back yard was quiet and private. We were in town to visit family and would stay again in the future.

Fantastic communications and instructions. House in top shape. Pool and gaming extras were perfect after baseball games. Super close to Peoria ball fields. Everything was straight forward and clear, creating a perfect stay. Highly recommend!!

Since we’ve downsides we needed a place where my kids and grandkids could have a fun place to stay and this is it! All of the amenities (swimming pool, ping pong, pool table, foosball and shuffle board table) were used extensively. Everyone was comfortable sleeping, watching tv in the great room and eating at the dining table. The house is stocked with plenty of pool towels and kitchenware as well as being very clean. The hosts were very friendly and answered any questions promptly. We hope to return.

Peoria house rental

Pool was wonderful. We enjoyed the outdoor area; had breakfast there nearly every morning. Game room is very nice. Toilet in the master bathroom was a bit difficult for me, since I use a wheelchair. I can stand so I was able to use the toilet; however, someone confined to the chair, would not find it accessible. A portable ramp may help provide access to the house. Overall, we were very pleased with the house and would come back.

Visiting son/getting away from Michigan winter!

We have stayed here before - great communication from owner, quiet neighborhood, easy access to walking trails. House is lovely - stocked kitchen, open living room and great outdoor area. Pool, table for eating and game playing. Close to restaurants, shopping, short drive to hiking.

Cozy home with lots to do and great location

House was clean and well stocked. Great customer service with quick responses. Pool was huge and warm. Lots of games and things to do at the house. Good location close enough to Sedona Scottsdale phoenix etc. would stay here again.

Family Friendly Home Convenient to West Phoenix Attractions

Brought my young son on his first Spring Training trip and this house was not only convenient to many of the ballparks and top restaurants, but also an attraction unto itself. We loved the accommodations — 3 bedrooms, nice baths, big kitchen/living room, laundry room, garage — but he loved the foosball, pool, ping pong and shuffleboard tables. Recommended place to stay, great communication from host and easy check-in.

Best House We Ever Stayed In

We have rented many houses and this house was by far the best. The owner is amazing and does all that he can to make the process seamless. We will definitely rent this home again the next time we come to Arizona.

An Amazing Stay for our family getaway to the sun and Mariners!

My family (4 adults and 1 toddler) and I recently stayed at this immaculate house in Phoenix while attending Mariners spring training in Peoria. We were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of our stay!The house was spotless and thoughtfully designed, with an array of amazing amenities, including everything needed for families with toddlers. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home thanks to the cozy and quiet atmosphere. The house was just the right size, allowing us to spend quality time together during the day while having the privacy we needed for bedtime.The check-in and check-out process was incredibly easy, making our arrival and departure stress-free. Ken, our host, was exceptionally responsive and attentive to any questions we had about the house, pool, or amenities. His prompt and helpful responses made our stay even more enjoyable.We can't recommend this property enough for anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place to stay in the Phoenix area. As we floated in the warm pool on our last night there, we were already making plans to return. We look forward to future trips!

Nice place, good host

The heated pool was a real bonus as were the multiple games in the game room. Location was central for us golfers and close to plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping. Beds could be a bit more comfortable but I understand the situation for such rentals too. Ken and Cindy are very responsive and personable folks. All that being said I would rent this unit again.

Fun Family Stay

This place was just as described! We had such a fun time with all the game amenities and the hosts were very responsive and did whatever they could to make us feel welcome. Beds were super comfortable and they had everything I needed to cook a couple of dishes to bring for our Thanksgiving get together. Close to pretty much anything you could need. Thanks for everything. We would definitely come back again!

Family Retreat

We visit Arizona regularly to visit with family. This, by far, has been our most exceptional stay. We travel with two young children under the age of three and were thrilled with all the amenities provided (booster seat, step stool, pack and play toys, pool toys), in particular the gated pool. The open concept of the home was fabulous and located in a safe area. We will absolutely be back!!

Great Property

This property was in a great location. It served my family of 6 and extended family well, as they visited everyday we stayed. The game room and pool kept us entertained in this heat. The property manager was easy to communicate with and check out was simple. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Perfect house for our family vacation

Property was exactly as it was described in the listing. It was very clean and well kept up. Pool was outstanding. Location was great. Close to highway and grocery store. It was tge perfect setup for the four of us.

I just retired the end of January 2022. We have used VRBO a few times over the years and decided to buy a home in Peoria and try our hand at hosting. We live in Tacoma Washington where Cindy was born. We both wanted to spend more time in a sunnier climate. We have two boys and 5 awesome grandchildren, ages 2 to 10 (we want more!!).

We chose this property because of the backyard and pool as well as the layout of the house. It is a nice quiet neighborhood and so close to the Mariners spring training facility as well as a tremendous number of shops, stores and restaurants. We felt this would be a convenient location for our guests.
