Great space

Lovely and clean space with all amenities you’d need. Additionally outdoor deck space was really nice. Location was excellent. Only a block to the beach and a few blocks to grocery and bars. Golf cart was such a handy addition. We used it so much. Couldn’t have enjoyed our stay as much without it.

Time in Paradise

This is one of the most beautiful islands I have ever been to!! The people everywhere were friendly! The accommodation were Great!! I will definitely be traveling here again!!!

Great property and cheerful decor.

The property was in a great location. Easy to get around the island and to the beach. Bed comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. House was clean. Comes with golf cart for the duration of the stay. Host was accommodating.

Andre' was quick to respond - arranged all my transportation from the airport to Spanish Wells. Golf cart waiting for me. Unit was clean and well stocked. What an amazing value at such a lovely location. We hope to come again soon

Hard to get answers right away on Sunday arrival, was told that the person on Sunday was not available as they were at Church and that Sundays every thing is closed.Found the golf cart But no map to where the rental was atWhen a person is renting a place on VRBO, their should be Clear instructions even if check in is not until 4pm, Where do they find the keys to get inWhat happens with garbage, where to put it2 toilet rolls supplied for the week is not sufficient, should have at least 4 available and your add says we supply toilet paperShould also mention what is NOT INCLUDED while staying at rentalNo dish washing liquidNo laundry detergentNo salt or pepper, spicesNo coffee pods, need to buy Keurig coffee podsNo Tea availableAlso best that people renting on a Sunday be aware there are no food stores open, best to bring the basics.This is JUST A HEADS UP as we have used VRBO in the past and have not had theas issues, it may help your next customers

Hi Nikki, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I wanted to provide some clarification regarding a few points from your stay. As noted prior to arrival, our office is closed on Sundays. Rodrigue, our on-site employee who works Sundays, confirmed that he was present when you arrived and assisted you by showing you to your golf cart. The property location is listed as 11th Street in our description, and the map on VRBO also reflects this. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, so the accommodation would not have been accessible earlier in the day. The trash can is located near the road on the property where all trash cans are kept. Toilet paper was provided as stated in the listing, and additional supplies were brought to you promptly once requested. If there were any other items you needed during your stay, we would have been happy to assist if asked. Please note that we do not provide spices, as we aim to maintain freshness and consistency for all guests. I would also like to mention that one of our staff members received a call from you while she was at church. We always aim to be helpful and responsive, but the way she was spoken to using foul language was disrespectful unacceptable. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify these matters.

Cute, Clean, and Comfortable.

This property was exactly as described. It was updated and clean. The location was great. Although it was not directly on the beach, it is a 2 minute walk to the water. Just know it is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath with pull out futons as the second bed. I did not realize that when I booked but everything else was perfect.

Couldn’t have been better!

We loved the property! It completely exceeded our expectations! It only took about one minute to walk to the beach from the home.Everything was very clean and the home was kept in excellent condition. The host lined up our taxi and ferry service to the island, they were on top of everything, when we couldn’t figure out the tv they came over immediately, another time we mentioned that the tire was low on one of the bicycles and they came over right away. They were very nice and made our visit so enjoyable. The house and everything in it was basically new! Andre also owns Sands golf cart and boat rental, we rented a boat from him and that was also excellent and was in spotless condition and maintained exceptionally well. Spanish Wells has the nicest people on the island that we have ever met on vacation, everyone was so nice and helpful… there is not even one negative thing to say about our vacation, everything was great! We will be going back very soon! We went deep sea fishing with Captain Kid and Sons Excursions, Jody who is the owner was great!!! I can’t recommend him enough! Wonderful people!!

Great get away location!

We had a lovely stay in Spanish Well the location was close to the beach (just across the street a few steps). Easy access to all local shops, food stores, and restaurants. People are friendly and helpful. The community is clean and nicely laid out. Would definitely go back again.
