Oceanfront at Sandy Point Shores.

Our custom designed, oceanfront, two story, open concept home was built for entertaining. It is located at Sandy Point Shores. The panoramic ocean views, overlooking the San Juan Islands, are amazing as soon as you enter the front door. The grand entry, great room, kitchen, dining room and den offer these spectacular views on the main floor. The gourmet kitchen boasts a 48” gas range, farmhouse sink, island with bar sink, walk in butlers pantry and adjoining dining room. The dining room seats 10 people, the island seats 2 people. The master bedroom has its own private balcony, fireplace, tv, sitting area with vaulted ceilings. The Master shower has a large custom shower, deep soaker tub, double sinks, separate make up vanity and water closet. The great room shares a double fireplace with the study/tv room. The study/ tv room has a desk/chair with French doors for privacy. Every bedroom has a view, the back of the house overlooks Mount Baker and a man-made lake. The master and king guest rooms have ocean views. All the bedrooms have room darkening blinds. Three bedroom are located on the upper floor, the master hosts a king bed. There are two guest rooms one with a king bed, the other with a queen bed. These two rooms share a full bathroom with tub/shower. The main floor bedroom hosts a double bed and a set of bunks. The main floor bathroom can be locked out to this bedroom. This is a full bathroom with shower only(no tub). Front-load washer and dryer in separate laundry room. The street side deck has morning sun, shaded in the afternoon and evening. The ocean side deck receives afternoon and evening sun, shaded in the mornings. The upper, private master deck gets afternoon and evening sun. We provide all linens, extra towels, beach towels and blankets, Gilchrist and Soames bath amenities and personal amenities you might have forgotten. Coffee, tea, water bottles are provided for your arrival, as well as basic kitchen pantry items will be stocked. If you wish to order your groceries ahead we can make arrangements to have them picked and placed in the home ahead of your arrival time. There are five adult bikes and helmets for our guests to enjoy. We hope your family and friends enjoy the rejuvenation we get from this home. The sunsets are amazing and the sound of the ocean will drift you off to a relaxing sleep.
