Well cared for custom built home, with gorgeous views of the San Juan Islands. Large kitchen, well set up for gourmet meals and entertaining. Upper area boasts a bar, pool table, and lounging area with expansive views from the upper deck. Custom built sauna for those interested in the healing benefits of a cold swim in the ocean, followed by the warmth of the sauna! All bedrooms well appointed, with nice bedding and comfortable beds. Close proximity to the cities of Bellingham and Ferndale for all your restaurant and shopping needs. 10 minute drive to the Silver Reef Casino. There is also a marina nearby with a boat launch, as well as several top quality golf courses within 20-30 minutes.

Thank you so much for renting us your beautiful house on the bay! Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to relax and make memories. The stunning bay views, cozy setup, and thoughtful touches made it feel like a true home away from home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—your care for the space really shines through.We especially loved how close to the water your rental is and the watching the boats. We loved looking and finding awesome rocks and shells. Your fast and clear communication and helpful tips made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. We’re already looking forward to the possibility of returning!

This property was above and beyond perfect. It was honestly better than described. It has everything you could ever need to enjoy for yourselves or to entertain. The patio and yard were a beautiful extension of the house. We spent more time outside enjoying the sound of the ocean and watching the daily boats go by. The sunset was one of the prettiest weve ever seen. Thank you Tracey for making our stay so special. We'll absolutely return.

A great place, highly recommended! It was as-advertised, clean, and well-stocked. Here are a few thoughts that weren't apparent to me before the stay:The pad between the house and the street is fairly large. One could easily park 6 vehicles. There is a three-car garage. Only the center was clear enough to park a car inside, and I was able to put a Honda van in there. But, it was a little tight. I'd primarily look to outside parking.The view was absolutely amazing! The chairs to enjoy it were available and comfortable, on the upper deck, lower deck, and the beach level.The fans provided can be important if you are there during hot nights, if there is no breeze.The place is amazingly well-stocked. Several of our party commented that it was the most well-stocked rental they have stayed at. I'd encourage messaging the host to ask about what is there, before you make too many assumptions about bringing things. I don't want to list what we found, because the list would be incomplete and maybe it will change over time. But, from food prep to recreation, it was extensive.Rooms and beds were comfortable. There are several public spaces for people. Rooms for large groups, and spaces for small groups.The BBQ is propane, fed from the house. So, there is no tank to worry about.The place was uncommonly clean. Not just rental-acceptable, but to a really comfortable level.

Wonderful and clean

Beautiful home and great access to the beach.This home is furnished with every item needed, plus. The furnishings clean and modern. We loved every moment and did not want to leave. Hope to be back again.

Amazing Views

This was an amazing place. Walk out to the beach or sit on the deck it didn't matter. It was all relaxing. The home was beautiful from the kitchen to the pool table in the game room. Tracey and Paul were wonderful hosts. We will be back for sure.

We had the very best weekend at this beautiful beach house. It was spotless, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything one needs for a beach vacation. We BBQ’d, kayaked (no wind), warmed up in the sauna, played corn hole and enjoyed meals on the comfortable deck. Tracey and Paul were extremely responsive to our needs.

Magical Beach House

There are not enough superlatives to describe the Christmas we just spent at this beautifully designed, constructed and appointed beach house. We loved that we ten could all be in the kitchen together and also all fit at the gorgeous dining table. The sauna, pool table, and beach walks provided constant entertainment. Amazing Family Getaway

We had such a great time at Tracey and Paul's place on the coast. We were all in awe of the proximity to the water and the lovely home we got to stay in. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and there was plenty of space for our multigenerational family to relax and spend time together. We especially loved the outdoor space. We all wished we could stay longer!

Beautiful location and house

We had eight people staying in the property. It was perfect for us. We had a 2 1/2 year old with us, so we quickly moved some breakable items to higher ground, and that took care of those concerns. We found everything that we needed - so well-stocked, especially the kitchen. Tracey was pleasant to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great place with amazing views!!

This house was really great! It was very clean and check-in was easy. The neighborhood was nice and quiet (although it was rather far from restaurants, stores, etc., so keep that in mind). The host was responsive and great to work with! The kitchen was big and very well-stocked with utensils, etc. And, I can't say enough about the views! The house is really great in that it maximizes the views from seemingly all rooms of the house and the decks, etc. Overall, a really great place to stay!

Western Washington Graduation

We drove up from Boise Idaho, to attend and celebrate our daughter and her boyfriend's college graduation, from Western Washington University. We had family also in from Portland Oregon as well as the Bay Area in California. This beach house was perfect! Clean, beautiful and spacious. A few of us could be walking on the beach, a few lounging on the multiple decks with hypnotizing views, a few playing pool and a few in the kitchen snacking and not still not stepping on each other’s toes. All areas to dine were perfect as well as to have a friendly game of poker! The sauna was a dream to relax in when a few dared to swim or kayak and they did! We had epic weather and perfect sunsets every night. Lastly the rooms were all very cozy and beds very comfortable. No complaints whatsoever. Thank you to our host Tracey who was available any time we needed to reach them. This place is a GEM!!!!

Family vacation

This was a wonderful location for our entire family to get together. From grandparents to grandchildren we all found things to do, enough room to celebrate together and still have privacy within our separate rooms. The ocean views are spectacular, the house is spacious and extremely neat and clean, and the amenities fulfilled all our needs.

Fun for the family

The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The large deck was perfect for sitting and watching the beautiful sunsets. The littles and teenagers had a great time playing on the beach. Overall a very comfortable stay!!

Beautiful beach house

The owners have taken meticulous care of this very special beach front house. It is bright, airy, and very clean. We should have booked a longer trip because it is hard to leave such a beautiful home. We saw seals splashing in the ocean right off the beach, which was a treat. We enjoyed kayaking, bike riding, playing pool and bbqing on the back patio while enjoying the ocean view. We hope to rent this house again! Thank you for such a special place to stay!

Unparalleled views & comfort

The pictures don't do it justice, the entire house opens up on the Salish Sea and the Same Juan Islands. The massive kitchen is well stocked and all the beds are comfortable. In all a gorgeous place for a weekend with friends.

This property has been in our family since the late 60's. Over the years, there has been several trailers, and in the mid 90's, we decided to build a custom home in preparation for our children and grandchildren. My father has since passed and my mom is just not able to be down here much anymore, so we decided to rent it out.

There has been so many fun times down here with family and friends, its hard to imagine staying here and not enjoying all this property offers. From the the breathtaking views and sunsets, beach combing walks, taking in rays on either deck, games, grilling fresh seafood, golf, the marina, day trips thru the San Juans, a true beachside experience.
