This listing is for a condo at The Summit Beach Resort, it's located right along the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches and within walking distance to great restaurants, a golf course, and other family attractions. The Summit Beach Resort offers guests onsite amenities such as two large swimming pools, Summit Tiki Bar, Summit Market, Bikini Bob’s Restaurant, hot tubs, picnic areas with grills, tennis courts, a basketball court, three shuffleboard courts, and a fitness center. During the Summer, kids can enjoy Resort Collection’s Adventure Zone activities onsite, including fan favorite Dive-In Movies on the pool deck at dusk. Each suite is fully furnished, providing all the comforts of home. The Summit is one of the biggest resorts and offers some of the best values on the beach.

*King size bed in the master bedroom and a large flat screen tv.
*The hallway has 2 twin size bunk beds.
*QUEEN size sleeper sofa,
*Large flat screen tv in the living room
*Private Balcony overlooking beautiful PCB.

These condos have three separate sleeping areas, Master Bedroom, Bunk Room Area with a door to the living room area, and the living area where the pull out couch is located. The view is absolutely breathtaking. There is a king bed in the Master, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room and twin size bunk beds in the hall bunk room area. The unit sleeps 6 people very comfortably. This condo does not have a washer and dryer in the unit!

College Spring Break Village is on our beach! Next to Spinnaker Beach Club and Club LaVela Hammerhead Fred's Famous Tent Party is across the Street. The Summit Tiki Bar is by the pool and Bikini Bob's Beach Restaurant and The Summit Snack Shack and Convenience Store are on site.

The place was clean and updated but the bathroom situation was a little odd. It wouldn't stop me from booking this condo again. Close to everything by foot or short drive. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for a beach getaway

We loved this condo- super convenient to everything and was accurately described. We also loved the beach front view. Bed was surprisingly comfortable as well.

Would stay again

My wife and I stayed here in April and were very happy with our stay. Everything from the condo to the tiki bar made the trip enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again, just not during bike week.

We loved it!

My husband and I have stayed at the Summit for a couple years and I think this room was my favorite by far. It is perfect for a couple. It was very clean and I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to relax

As mentioned in other reviews the floors could use a deep cleaning but otherwise it was all we needed and would stay there again. The complex was very well taken care of and we liked the location. If you want fancy go elsewhere but if you want a good place that functions for a beach trip this fits the bill.

Good!

My friends and I enjoyed staying at the summit, the beach access, the restaurant, tiki bar, pools, and hot tubs were all great to have with a fun location on Thomas drive. The condo was nice and our only complaint is that it needed to be stocked with a lot more supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc

The summit

Great place to stay and great location. Only complaint us they shut the pool down at 7 every night while they advertise and have literature that states 11. Bummer to not have evening pool access and the tiki bar is ridiculously priced.

Great stay

The place was great, had an amazing view. Only complaint is the sink knob was broken and there was trash under the bed in the master bedroom. Other than that, the condo is beautiful and I recommend!

We had a great time staying at the condo, everything was easy to book with clear instruction and when arriving the condo was as described. We were very happy with the location and felt we were centrally located to all of the fun! We had plenty of space for our family of 5. Would definitely stay again. :)

Accommodations are dated but very acceptable. Many updates are on going. View is absolutely beautiful ! People are bey friendly and helpful. Many things to do on site and close by. Will definitely revisit soon !

Much Needed Getaway!

We rented as a gift for our sister and hubby for a much needed / deserved get-away! They loved the Summit, location, fun vibe, and convenience of the on-site bar and restaurant! As we all do when finding our perfect place... we compare price, photos, read reviews, etc. I was a little hesitant booking because of lower price and photos compared to similar properties in same complex. From their experience, if looking for a PBC getaway with great amenities, this place is perfect!

Exceeded expectations

Wonderful location, very central to shopping, restaurants and attractions. Property and grounds are well maintained and amenities were kept clean and orderly. Security was visible and friendly to guests. The owner has done a very nice job updating and furnishing the unit. It was clean and comfortable. It has a well equipped kitchen and was perfect for cooking, relaxing for sunsets and watching movies after a day at the beach and pool. The management company was responsive and easy to deal with giving clear instructions throughout the process.

Arrived to find out that our balcony was under construction and wasn’t able for use. We were NOT made aware of this prior. The outdoor furniture was in the living room area. There were men on the balcony at 8:30PM with flashlights shining lights in our unit where my mother was trying to sleep. The construction did not stop until close to 10PM. The property management company is through a 3rd party and they are not helpful. They won’t answer the phone and will reply to your emails at their convenience about your issues with little helpful information. We were eventually moved to a different condo, however it took me asking for a refund on multiple occasions. There was never an apology or anything offered to accommodate us for the inconvenience or wasting an entire day having to pack our things back up and wait for a different condo to be available for us. Just overall a terrible experience with this company and WILL NOT use them again.

Great condo!

This was the perfect condo for our family of 3! Great price for the space! The elevators weren’t an issue. The actual unit is mostly updated, bed was very comfortable and for the most part the condo was well kept. Our only complaint is that the floors were VERY dirty. If you didn’t wear shoes, your feet were black. I had to wipe my daughter’s feet before she got on the bed or any other furniture. Other than that, the unit was great and wouldn’t let that keep us from staying again!

Wasnt what we expected

Got to the condo after 4 pm and condo was not cleaned. Called the number in the email and was told we’d get a call back. Waited 30 minutes all the lady on the phone said was that the cleaner would be there and she had no other things to tell us. Luckily she did show up. Tried to email the company no response. Poor communication and pretty sure whoever cleaned it put dirty comforter back on the beds. Luckily we had brought our own blankets. The facility it self was nice. Good pools. Great beach access. Will say there is a strip club across the road did not realize this until after we got there. Had been better communication with the owners about the cleaning situation this would have been a good stay. Otherwise me and my family did have fun. The elevators at the facility do suck though 2/4 were usually always down. This is like 12 floor facility. Will not stay here again or rent from this company.

Good location

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Cons: condo floors were filthy. Bathtub drained super slow. Sliding glass door was almost impossible to close. Contacted the host and someone was sent very quickly to address the sliding door. He was able to make it useable fairly quickly and told us someone would be there on Wednesday to replace the whole door. No one ever showed up, but since door was usable, this didn't effect our stay. Pros: Onsite bar and grill, store, and tiki bar. Location was great. We loved the outdoor grass area that was perfect for cornhole. We would stay here again.

April Trip to PCB

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was as described. We love this location and definitely would recommend it to friends and family. We only had a few issues with the property that weren't addressed while we were there. The ice maker didn't work and the microwave had no electricity running to it. There were some other minor issues that didn't have any impact on our visit. But the ice maker and microwave definitely were an issue. They were responsive on the phone but there was really no attempt at repairing either of them. Hopefully my reporting them will benefit the next renter!Again, we would stay here again with out a doubt.
