Hello Vicki, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. Since your stay we have had a thorough look into the issues at the property and got everything rectified. We removed items from the closets to make them more accessible for guests. We corrected the curtain rod, toilet flappers, found the correct remotes, tightented dishwasher, make sure light switches and A/C vents are clean, and made certain no mold was found. Hello Carrie, Thank you for your review and bringing these things to our attention. We are sorry your stay was not up to par with our Southern Standards. The carpet has since been professionally cleaned, the dishwasher was repaired as well. The batteries in the remotes were replaced and the non-working DVD players were removed. Also all previous guest items have been removed. We hope to host you again in the future to provide you with a Southern 5-Star stay! Kindest Regards, Your Southern Team
