Adorable Seabright Bungalow - Steps to the Beach!

This California Craftsman Bungalow on the Santa Cruz Historical Register is beautiful, spotlessly clean, fully furnished and is one house off East Cliff Drive overlooking Seabright Beach.

The location is ideal as it is walking distance to the beach and to numerous Santa Cruz attractions including the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Municipal Wharf, Lighthouse Point and Steamer Lane, and Natural History Museum. Everything you'll need is close by- Verve Coffee Roasters as well as dozens of restaurants including fan-favorites Seabright Brewery, Crow's Nest, and more.

After a fun day out at the beach (umbrella, towels, and chairs provided), rinse off in the private outdoor shower before coming inside to relax by the gas fireplace and watch a movie (Television/ cable included). Make yourself at home in the fully-equipped kitchen as we have provided the basic necessities to make a wonderful homemade meal- Small appliances include coffee maker, blender, & toaster. Fully equipped with dishes, glassware/barware, cooking utensils, and basic spices.

Upstairs, the large Master Bedroom contains a Queen bed, and the other bedroom has 2 twins (both bedrooms have dressers and closets for unpacking!). A 1/2 bath upstairs makes things even more convenient.

There is an impeccably manicured English garden with grass front yard and sideyard concrete patio (including table and chairs for outside dining, if preferred) and Weber barbecue.
