Relax in the outdoor seating area or rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower. Perfectly situated for beach lovers, within walking distance to the Santa Cruz Harbor. Experience coastal living at its best!
The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests
- 3 bedrooms - w/ 1 king, 1 queen, & 2 twin sized beds
- 2 bathrooms
- 2 reserved parking spaces in the driveway. Please note they are short spots and may not fit a longer car or truck. There is also free parking available on the street. It may be more difficult to find a spot during the busy months.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Living room
- Backyard with an outdoor dining table & outdoor shower.
- For safety, the fireplace is not operable.
Note:
- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable).
- NO PETS
- All comforters and pillows are down alternative in the house, except one comforter.

This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- This home is located directly next to a main road that gets busy during rush hour, so you can expect to hear some road noise during your stay.
- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
