The Space:
This beautiful single family home has a spacious, sunny interior.  It's a perfect respite for relaxation and all the comforts of vacation!

The 'Cottage' is close to many Santa Cruz attractions with a location near the Santa Cruz Yacht harbor as well as Downtown Santa Cruz. Only 2 blocks away from the famous Seabright Beach - where the seals, dolphins, and sea otters like to play!  Walk to well-known local eateries, coffee shops, and bars within a few minutes. You can park your car for this vacation!

Relax in the living room and kick back in comfortable furniture.  Enjoy the gas fireplace or host game night with a collection of board games and puzzles!  Watch TV/DVD's in a bright and cheery atmosphere with access to free streaming TV (hundreds of channels!), Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, etc. (Note: TV does not have cable)

A fully-stocked kitchen offers lots of counter space and is adjacent to a dining room. We have included basic cooking spices and kitchen essentials for your convenience.

The Master Bedroom is located upstairs with a queen size bed and features a walk-in closet, bathroom and a private outside deck.  Lounge chairs are on the deck waiting for you to sip delicious early morning coffee. Adjacent to the Master Bedroom is a cozy loft with a comfortable futon that can be turned into an extra bed and a TV for relaxation time.

The downstairs bedroom features a bunk bed with a twin on top over a double bed on the bottom. Near a full bathroom with a large closet and bureau, this room is wonderful for kids and/or a small family.

A cabinet full of beach towels, beach toys and beach chairs will enhance your visits to the beach.  A quiet, garden patio complete with an outdoor shower is just outside the back door of this classic beach home.  What a perfect way to return home after a full day at Seabright beach!
