Welcome to this relaxing Partial Ocean View Condo located near of one Cabo's newest resorts! Located 20 minutes downtown. Here you can see the stunning coastline and magnificent dunes; it is a paradise of beauty, privacy and classy service.

The entire Condo is completely new, private and very comfortable with everything you need to be calm. Completely clean and perfect for a short stay for work, business or relaxation.

It is a very calm and incredible place where you can watch the best sunsets in Los Cabos.
Inside the Development you will see a community park where you can walk, there is a bicycle path next to the condominiums and there is also a laundry, a cafeteria, a store to buy groceries and an OXXO, all at the entrance to the complex.

I recommend that you rent a car to move easily, you have a parking space available, it is specified as M2- #302. In the photos and in the information that I will send you by WhatsApp (Guest Guide), there is the map of where the parking place is located and the location of the condo within the development.
The condo is in Building M2, in the map that I will share with you on the Guest Guide, you can see where it is located. The condo is on the 3rd floor, YOU HAVE TO CLIMB STAIRS, the door has number #302 indicated and the door on has a machine access code.

I will be available all the time, before and during your stay, just send me any message and I will communicate online. Access to the department will be done through a code that will be provided on the day of your arrival.

• 500 sqft2 condominium with two bedrooms, one bath, balcony and terrace with dining area.
• Full kitchen. Oversized refrigerator, coffee maker, gas electric grill, toaster, blender, microwave & kitchen utensils
• Unlimited Wifi. Smart TV 40in.
• Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, bathroom with stand-alone shower, Dual Vanity, Mirrors, Air conditioning and Terrace.
• Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, bathroom with stand-alone shower, Dual Vanity, Mirrors, and Fan.


Additionally, as a PLUS, I can offer you activities in the destination:

If you require more information I can provide it once you make the reservation with us.

It is important to mention that when you arrive you will find the apartment very clean, however the $450MXN of cleaning costs that are being charged is only considering the cleaning of 1 day, in case you stayed more than 7 days in the apartment and you would like daily cleaning, please let me know by message and we can review the additional charge for the days that require cleaning.

We loved how quick Bere was to respond and her recommendations were great. We met her husband, John, and they’re great! Frustrating that the hot water smelled (kitchen sink and shower) and we had to take hot or cold showers. Nothing in between. And the water pressure was really low, so the shower head didn’t always work. There was poor insulation, if any at all, and you hear everything outside the apartment. The dog(s) across the hall are terrifying and sound like they’ll kill you. They constantly barked at anything and everything! Trucks with music playing drive the parking lot until 11pm. The TV is only in Spanish, so that’s frustrating if you don’t speak Spanish. It was really nice having clean water in the apartment, and the A/C was great.

Clean and Convenient
If you are looking for a place that is quiet, convenient and clean for your stay In Cabo, then I would highly recommend this property! I t is a few miles outside of the city in a remote area, but it was never a problem to book an Uber, which usually arrived within five minutes and averaged about eight US dollars one way. Also of note, there is a bodega at the entrance of the condominium complex, so it was very convenient if I wanted to purchase a quick snack or a Diet Coke. With a beautiful view of the ocean off in the distance that I could see from the balcony of my bedroom, as well as fresh, filtered drinking water, a full fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker, this place was better than I had even imagined. I would definitely stay here again!

Great for the price
The owner was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Very clean. This is not in a touristy area. The Cafe by the OXXO has really good food.
