Balcony view was great. Short walk to the beach. Condo was very clean and well equipped. Loved that it had a washer and dryer in the unit. Information in regards to our stay was informative and an easy process. Location was awesome!

Great little condo

We had a wonderful time visiting Pensacola Beach. Our condo was the perfect size for just my husband and I to stay in. The pool is a little on the small side but we spent most of our time at the beach. The condo was very clean and had plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels for our stay. The bed is very comfortable and the room was very spacious. We would stay in this unit again.

Pensacola Beach Vacation

The location, access and view was perfect. The condo was adequately furnished for a comfortable stay. The floors need a bit of deep cleaning, and there were a couple of minor things that could use attention, but we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Perfect Week on the Beach

Everything was really wonderful. The only thing that would have made it even better would be including beach towels and chairs to use on the beach.

Great peaceful location

Nice sized 1 bedroom, great quiet location right next to the national park and Ft Pickens which is beautiful. At check in there was a problem with the lock code which was handled quickly by calling the number we were given by email. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great view and easy access to ocean

It was like the hosts cared little about our enjoyment in their condo. The location, as expressed iin the title, was fantastic. However, our overall satisfaction was marred by the lack of cable. We were notified on the day of our arrival that there service would not be availble during our stay.

Clean! Small but big enough. Balcony was close enough you could hear the waves crashing all night. Everything you could need in the kitchen! Great experience we will be back!

Overall--nice stay. Check-in process easy. Bed pretty comfortable. Kitchen could use some upgrades. Balcony/views incredible! Access to beach a little difficult, but not terrible. Pool was great. Overall, good rental and would rent again.

Anniversary getaway

We absolutely loved our condo. Everything was as described plus some! The inside of the condo is roomy with cute beach decor. The view is simply stunning. If we were at the condo we were on the balcony enjoying the view. My only complaint is that check-in is so late in the day at 4:00pm and check-out is early at 9:00am of course you can do early or late check in or out but it cost more.

Great view right off the beach/ocean.

We would def. Come back to this condo. It was cute and homey and comfortable. The few issues we had were quickly taken care of without hassle to us. Loved having a washer and dryer tho at first I didn’t think we would need it. The balcony was wonderful with many memories made sitting, enjoying the breeze and the view.

Family Reunion Getaway!

The unit was ok…I was a little concerned about the blinds connected to the sliding glass door that did NOT close properly at night! Especially when one of the blinds just fell off! But when I called the property management to address the problem….they sent someone out to take the blind off….the other blinds still did NOT close properly…Last but not least I was not happy with the balcony furniture table and chairs were “filthy!” But after again contacting management someone was sent to clean the furniture. I would rate this unit….ok

Great location, awesome view

We were really happy with location, the balcony, ease of check in, and cleanliness of the unit. The bed in the bedroom was also very comfortable. The only bad things I can say are, the front door looked as if had been kicked in at some point and poorly repaired. It didn’t feel super secure, however we felt safe enough. All the vertical blinds are in bad shape and in need of replacement, especially the blinds on the slider. There were many of them missing, so privacy was non existent at night, as anyone walking the beach could look in if they wanted to. This didn’t really concern us, just would’ve been nice if fixed. One more thing, pool was ice cold, so no pool day for us. Other than that, we had a really great stay. I would probably stay here again.

Nice condo, excellent mattress. Couple things I would suggest is needs new pots/pans, containers for left overs, clips for bags chips etc. The biggest problem with this property and is not the condo owner them self but the association or whoever, there is no way to the beach as far as decking and stairs like other properties, the sand dune is the is so steep. Anyone that is handicapped can’t get to the beach and elderly almost impossible. Whoever is responsible for accessing this should be ashamed. There was an 80-90 year old man trying to climb this hill and if he didn’t have 2 ski poles he wouldn’t have made it. Something needs to be done about that. With what is charged for stays they have the money. This was the only place along the beach that didnt have decking.
