Hi Maria, Thanks for your feedback - very valuable Ahhhh lake life especially when the lake is low critters tend to run in the hill country. We have a 3 month pest control service that ensures there are no bugs or cockroaches inside the house however outside is more of a challenge. We have never had this feedback before so we are taking it seriously - thank you). We are on a mission - thank you!

Hi Darrell, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the property, lovely large decks and view. Unfortunately the VRBO property listing a Hot Tub as an amenity was a glitch caused by VRBO when they did a recent platform upgrade – many other property hosts experienced the same issue. Our property has never had a hot tub. We have now resolved this with VRBO in our listing. The other items you mentioned were totally our fault and we should have updated them as soon as we removed those items – sorry for this inconvenience. We removed the mini freezer under the steps as it was no longer working – leaving two other freezers for ice on the property (one upstairs and one downstairs in the Roo Bar). The fire pit was also removed due to fire ban and associated risks. We are also in the process of changing the yard maintenance team, so the leaves in the pool was also an oversight - this time of year is always a struggle with so many falling leaves. Typically VRBO or Airbnb properties are not responsible for all consumables during your stay, the concept is we rent you our home only. Despite this we do provide all linens, shower towels, wash cloths, tea towels, tea & coffee, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash & hand soap. Plus a starter kit for the dishwasher, toilet paper & paper towels. Within our "what to expect" document delivered prior to your stay we list all this to enable you to plan your visit effectively. Your feedback is good though & from this we will double the toilet paper & dishwasher tabs in our starter kit - It is our goal to please. We hope we can host you again another time - your family were lovely to communicate with during your stay & you left the house nice & clean - thank you.
