We love this property. Great location on the 6th floor with amazing views. Patio furniture is beautiful. Comes with a covered parking spot which is nice to leave our chairs after a day at the beach.

Overall everything was great. Had issues with the WiFi and the main bathroom tub/shower it didn’t want to drain while showering. Stayed for 4 nights with 5 people wished they had supplied more paper towels and toilet paper, but it was still a very nice condo for the price.

Great stay

Nice and clean. Everything worked well. Kids enjoyed the tennis and pickle ball courts. Pools were clean and plenty of space. No complaints everything was as advertised.

This placed saved our family spring break! We booked very last minute (night before) because we needed to find a new spot due to being a very poor location. The communication was great, condo was awesome! The view was BEAUTIFUL!! Amenities, pool, beach, were great! Bathroom somewhat small and shower didn't drain well but otherwise great. Converted parking spot was so nice! Plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. So thankful for this spot! Would highly recommend!

Loved D605. Stayed 6 weeks Jan-Feb 2025. Beautiful new comfy leather furniture in the living room. Balcony furniture was amazing! Great new appliances. Master bed was very comfy. TV package and wifi were excellent. View off balconies was amazing. Would definitely return.

Terrible!

This place is very nasty from the ceiling fans ,that was hanging full of dust to the toilets that where nasty and so was the floors .The ceilings in the living room and kitchen had black mold all over them .The whole place needed a good cleaning and furniture replace ,couch and for sure all the mattresses .This place showed a 5 star and had good reviews that was lies. They had to move us ,, which we miss a whole day of our vacation.

We have made vast improvements to our staffing and protocols, including hiring a Housekeeping Manager to oversee all of our cleaners and inspectors to ensure things like this doesn't happen in the future. Wear and tear from the busy season before the deep clean is understandable, but this definitely fell short and we take full responsibility. We enjoyed the condo, but you need to update the bathrooms and get better lighting. The electrical outlets some work and some didn't. The cleanliness of the place needs improvement. My feet were dirty the first night when walking on the floors barefoot. The mold on the master bedroom sneers attention. along with dusting ceiling fans. Shower curtains need replacing those are gross. The mattress in the Master bedroom needs replacing it has big dips where you sleep.

Overall stay was good

Kitchen was equipped with what we needed, other than the second small couch that was advertised, there was plenty of room. Balcony furniture was not in good condition and we had to make sure everyone, especially the younger ones, didn’t sit in them with concern they would collapse.We had to be careful with the Knob at the kitchen sink because it was broken. The first time I used it it lifted right off. Storage space and pantry was a plus. We had to repair the left side of the refrigerator because it kept getting stuck. Tightening up a piece on the unit corrected the problem. I’m aware no place is perfumer a few changes/repairs are needed. Again, overall the condo was a nice place to stay. Condo was clean for the most part but we left it cleaner than we found it.

Ummm not sure what happened exactly

Communication was good by VRBO & Property Management via Phone communication, On site Management was never seen .!! payment process easy, check in process easy, Room was unfortunately in not so great condition, not due to VRBO but, Property Housekeeping did not follow cleaning proceedings & left the room in unsafe condition for staying in , had to get refund upon providing many photos to prove our case ** luckily ran into a local from around our home town who happened to have a room vacant & offered to us & of course we took it & it was a true Blessing in disguise, otherwise due to the Holiday weekend we would have had to return home with no where to stay on the fly. Very stressful situation Saved. I’ve used VRBO for many , many years & the property manager via phone calls did everything “within their power “ to make it right although it took time & money from our precious Vacation… & our refund unfortunately did not come through until after we arrived back home which limited our activities & still don’t have some of my refund I feel they will make it right. Property was however fantastic with many family activities along with Bar, entertainment 3 pools & central location to everything. Would recommend owner changing cleaning crew apparently it isn’t as important to “This “ crew to leave the air on in the middle of summer in order to have good air flow & safe conditions for staying.

As the Director of Operations, I can assure you that the cleaners have been replaced, as you mentioned, and we now have safeguards in place to ensure none of our properties is without air or gets too hot when vacant. We are so glad you ran into someone who could provide you accommodations at the same resort, and just down the hall! We initiated the refund process as quickly as we could, but it takes time for the processor on our end and on the end of your bank to get it to go through. I know that was an inconvenience. If you still haven't received a full refund, it is likely the VRBO fee as I was looking through the text messages you had with our customer service and reservations team. I can see on our end that we refunded everything we charged and I believe VRBO promised you to refund their fee, as well. Please reach out to us if you didn't receive it. Thank you so much for your patience with us as this was unprecedented for us and hopefully just a one time occasion. The property is now in perfect condition and we've hosted several guests since your stay. We do hope you'll stay with us again in the future so you can see just how seriously we take this feedback for improvement. It provides us the opportunity to level up on every level.
