PRIME LOCATION IN SEASIDE PARK! ***FAMILY FRIENDLY RENTAL, MIN AGE REQUIREMENT, NO PROM RESERVATIONS* Welcome to Seaside Park! We began our hosting experience in the Summer of 2021 and have enjoyed hosting families for their vacation down the shore.
This first floor unit in a two family house is located two blocks way from the beach, Seaside Heights boardwalk and only 1 block from the Bay. If you're looking for PRIME LOCATION in a family friendly area, this unit will fit your needs! Experience the difference at our "Beach & Bay Home"!
First floor unit in a two family home 2 Bedrooms/ 1 Bathroom Shared driveway but there is also plenty of parking in front of the home 4 Beach Passes are included during the stay. If lost, a charge of $100 per pass applies. Shared backyard with barbecue grill for each unit. A propane tank is provided but it is the guests responsibility to fill as needed. If using the barbecue grill, please note it is the guests responsibility to clean the grill thoroughly. If left unclean, extra cleaning charges will apply. Patio table and chairs are also provided for each unit.
Bedroom 1: Queen sized bed Bedroom 2: Full/ Full Bunk Bed & a single Twin Bed with a twin pull out trundle
Bed linens and towels are not provided and should be brought by the guests. Pillows and light comforters are provided. If this is an issue, please contact the host.
We recommend no more than 6 guests for a comfortable stay. If the host approves more than 6 guests, please note an additional charge of $50 per guest/ per night will be applied.
High Speed Wifi is provided along with a Smart Roku TV in the living room.
The kitchen is stocked with basic kitchen appliances; toaster, Keurig coffee machine, blender, microwave, gas stove, and a full sized fridge. Serving platters, dishes, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, wine glasses, cutting board, eating & cooking utensils are provided. We do provide salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil and limited coffee cups.
There is central air and forced hot air in the unit. Guests can adjust the temperature accordingly. In unit stackable washer/ dryer provided in the bathroom. Guests must supply their own detergent due to skin sensitivity issues.
Stay Requirements: During Off Season, we require a 2 night stay. During Peak Season (July-Aug), we require at least a 4 night stay. If you need an exception, we are open to making accommodations to be as flexible as possible. *If you're looking for a longer term rental, please contact me directly. *Age Limit Requirements Apply: Guests must be at least 25 yrs of age unless you are traveling with your family. ID's will be required at the time of booking, This is a family friendly rental. No parties are allowed.
What to do: -Visit Island State Park -Seaside Heights Beach & Boardwalk only 2 blocks away -The Dock Outfitters (Jet Ski Rental) -Seaside Heights Bike & Surrey Rentals -Breakwater Beach Water Park
Dining Recommendations: Breakfast: -Sunny Hunny by the Sea Family Restaurant in Seaside Heights. It's a few miles away so it's best to ride a bike or drive there. -Open Seasame Bagels & Deli in Seaside Heights. - Bella's Bagels is right down the block going towards 7-11 Lunch: -Klee's Bar & Grill in Seaside Heights. It's a nice walk along the boardwalk to get here. -Bum Rogers Crab House & Tavern in South Seaside Park is 2 miles away. Best to ride a bike or drive there. -The Sawmill located right at the end of Seaside Heights boardwalk. Only a 3 block walk. - Jerry's Pizza & Subs in South Seaside Park Dinner: *Best to make reservations in advance during Peak Season (July-Aug) -Pier House Restaurant -Ebby's Ristorante & Lounge -Bum Rogers Crab House & Tavern -Chef Mike's ABG

Great stay!
We had a great stay here. The property was very clean, the owners thought of everything with a nice yard accessible to use and entertain to having beach badges available for the guests.

Great location
This house is in a great location, close to everything! Only issue we had being in the downstairs, you could hear every footstep the upstairs neighbors took. Like a herd of elephants at 3 am. Waking everyone up!

Ten Star Hospitality!
Deserves Ten stars ! . we stood on the first floor rental and it exceeded our expectations we were so pleased. Beautiful spacious accommodations for our family of 6. Lovely home it is pristine and has great amenities property has a lovely backyard and 2 blocks away from the beach the location was on a main street, but was so surprised how quiet the area was great for families.
The hosts were very accommodating and helpful with any of our needs.

Life is better in flip flops
Very enjoyable. very clean and great backyard. only negative is being on the main road. Also, my wife and the upstairs tenant both complained about neither of them having a toaster.
