Enter from Pine Street and be greeted by a space on the lower level where you can remove your shoes and hang up all your gear. As you head upstairs, there's a landing for the guest bedrooms; go just a bit further up and you'll come to the open living space. Enjoy a lovely living area, a formal dining table, three decks with incredible views of town and the mountains, a kitchen with an eat-in table, and an extra TV room off the main bedroom suite.

Other amenities include a covered parking space for your convenience, a gas fireplace, a washer/dryer, and a den. The decks offer great views of the surrounding area and mountains, so step outside to soak it all in. This is truly the perfect in-town option all year round.

The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
