Great location for walking and golf carts!

This property is in super-close proximity to great restaurants and shopping. It was quiet, lovely, and pet friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Awesome townhouse. Great location and amenities.

This place is great! Clean, cold AC, golf carts were a great addition and location is amazing. Beach access was easy. You can literally park you car and never leave the resort. It has everything you need. The owners should be proud of this property! Will book again.

Two golf carts

We enjoyed our stay it was nice to have 2 golf carts. But .. this would not be a good unit for older or handicapped persons as there at steep steps right inside the first door - these lead to the bedrooms and (again) are quite steep. Overall a good stay..close to area attractions.

Great place to stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Location was near lots of restaurants and beach. Community was nice and quiet and easy to get around. Golf carts were great way to carry everything to beach and fun entertainment. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Patio was great for mornings and easy access to fishing. Could use extra blankets, dishwasher pods and even a few basic cooking aids (spray, s&p, coffee, filters). Would stay again, thank you for a wonderful trip!

Thank you so much for your feedback! We're so glad you loved the condo and enjoyed your stay! Due to Covid, extra blankets are limited as they are all swapped out between each guest and there are no food items, such as salt and pepper or coffee and filters, as we do not want consumable items to be left from guest to guest. We do provide a basic set up with dishwasher and laundry packets, trash bags, dish soap, toiletry items, toilet paper, and paper towels for each guest's stay, however if guests require more during their stay, they have to provide their own. We hope to have you back again soon!!

Amazing vacation property

We absolutely loved this property! It’s location was perfect. Beautiful views of ponds for fishing and conveniently located near beach! The 2 golf carts were an added plus! My teenage son and his friend had a great time using one cart to do their things while we had one for our own schedule! We we definitely rent again. The property management company was so friendly and professional!

Excellent location

The property is wonderful, great view on a small lake, nice furnishings. Really a 98%. Only two comments; one of the golf carts' rear tires were worn very badly... and the conversion of the 2nd bedrooms closet (to bunk beds) while very cool left you little to no room for storing your clothes. All in all, we were stay there again!

We were taken by surprised when we needed to pay for parking by the beach in the front lot. Vacation rental needs to add this information to be prepared for additional charges by resort. the bedroom with the bunk bed. the bedspreads had dog hair on them when we arrived. We know this were not washed prior to our arrival.overall the rental was good and we would go back.Thank you.

Cozy, Clean and Convenient

We loved this villa. The property was one of the cleanest we have stayed in in the area in quite some time. The area was very nice and we loved sitting on the patio. You can fish out back. The pool is so close which was a great treat as it is much nicer than the beachfront pool in our opinion. The condo had everything we needed for our family of 4. We also loved how the front has a small courtyard to drop all your beach things and rinse off before going in to the villa. Oh and the trash pick up daily right outside the villa was very convenient. Great villa!

A Great Get Away!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean and check in/check out was incredibly easy with the Hospitality App. The lights on one of the golf carts didn’t work and when we sent in the issue, someone was out to check it out early the next day ( we notified of the issue in the evening) and there was no disruption to our plans. Conveniently located close to the beach, Baytowne Warf and shopping - all accessible by golf cart. The place was clean and well equipped with toiletries and soft goods to get you through long enough to make a trip to the store if needed.

Great location & beautiful condo!

We loved this condo! Perfect location. Pool is right next door, beach is a quick 3 minute drive on the golf cart. Beautifully decorated & lots of amenities including a Keurig for coffee as well as a coffee maker. Loved the patio - very peaceful! Kids liked fishing in the pond. The only negative comment is it wasn't cleaned very well. Dishes in cupboard had lots of dried up food on them, counters needed wiped as well as tables & light switches - they all had food on them - but that isn't the owners fault. We really enjoyed going to Parlor Donuts, Donut Hole & ventured to Santa Rosa area for less crowds and great restaurants! Try The Bay, Shunk Gulley, VinTaj & Blue Mountain Creamery! Also loved having Publix only a mile away!

Wonderful time!!

My husband, six year old son and myself stayed in this condo and it was great!!! Very comfortable and had everything we needed. The rental company was super attentive and quickly answered any questions i had and allowed us to stay late on our day of departure! The golf carts were a huge help. Just FYI for families with small children who have to lug a bunch of stuff every time you go to the beach...you drive your golf cart to a path that starts the walk to the beach. The path does get a little long when you’re carrying so many things!! If you’re not having to mess with kids and stuff then it’s probably a breeze! We would def love to stay here again! Got to see lots of lizards, a couple of ducks and other birds out behind the condo!

We had a wonderful week as a family of 5 plus our dog( 13, 16 &16). There was plenty of space for all of us- the 2nd bedroom was perfect for the 3 kids with bunk beds and a full bed. The location is perfect as close to the pool(literally 2 mins or less!), views of the lake and the beach is a 10 min walk or quick golf cart ride away! Our kids were old enough to go out exploring on their own and also as a family with the 2 golf carts provided! The whole Sandestin area is accessible by golf cart or can get to the grocery store by car. We enjoyed daily walks over to Baytowne in the morning and in the golf carts in the evenings for the nightly entertainment! The beach is close by and beautiful anytime of the day! My husband and son golfed several times and loved the courses! There are outlet shops near by, which was fun when we had a rainy day! The only suggestions I can think of are providing beach towels and a few extras in the kitchen like a few more garbage bags and dishwasher packs. Having stayed in plenty of rented places, these little extras do go along way with a renter(again not a terrible negative but a nice touch!) Overall, we would definitely rent again here- the place was extremely clean, quiet and accessible to everything you need while on vacation! Highly recommend!

Beachwalk 5128 is a lovely unit well taken care of and clean with a great view of the lake! The beds are comfortable and roomy furniture. My son loves the bunk bed alcove!!! We love being next door to the pool and right by the bridge to walk over to the road that leads to the beach. The Platinum crew is always attentive and responsive to any requests and questions we have. I can’t remember how many homes we have rented thru them over the years, but there is a great reason they are our go - to rental agency in the Destin area- they are the best!! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great and the unit had everything we needed for a week at the beach. The golf carts were wonder to have for trips to the beach and dinner on the wharf. Would stay here again!
