Our villa at 5190 Beach Walk is located near the beach, the Beachwalk swimming pool, and directly on Horseshoe Lake for catch and release fishing right outside the back door. It is convenient to the Beachwalk swimming pool - just a few steps away. Hop on the complimentary tram or take the golf cart to the Baytowne Wharf or sugar white beach. Getting around the resort is a breeze!

Our fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops makes it a pleasure to prepare and serve family meals. The stylish dining area offers seating for six guests with additional bar seating for four. With cushy seating and an HDTV, the family room is comfortable and inviting! There is even a sleeper sofa for unexpected guests. Take time to relax and enjoy a remarkable lake view from the back patio. For the chef in the group. there is also a propane grill on the patio along with brand new outdoor seating.

The master bedroom suite's bed offers a brand new king mattress with fresh linens, HDTV, generous closet space and a lovely lake view from the picture window. The master bathroom is designed with a double vanity and a bathtub-shower combination. The guest bedroom features a brand new king bed and mattress, HGTV and ample closet space. The adjoining guest bathroom offers a bathtub-shower combination. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer/dryer combination upstairs, and wifi is complimentary.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
