Ahhhh....Paradise OCEAN VIEWS in Luxurious condo, Snorkeling,Surfing steps away

We are the newest complex on Alii Drive in Kona. Our location can't be beat. NOTE: LOTS OF UPGRADES added. We just added all New stainless steel appliances, a new central air conditioning system, and beautiful wood flooring.
Our wonderful location is full of rich cultural and historical history and has a legendary past. Our ideal location is directly adjacent to Kahalu'u Beach Park. Many of our guests love it so much they come back year after year.
OCEAN VIEW, Best Snorkeling, Surfing...Best Location at Beach We are the closest condo complex to the BEACH (about 50 yards from the sand.) and this is the newest condo complexes in the last several years. We have been with VRBO from the time they first went online. I really enjoy what I do and have a tremendous passion for The Big Island. Our location is perfect for couples or families. There is so much to do. A surf shop is a block away. You can take paddle board or surf lessons, rent gear including boards and canoes. We now have bikes to rent right in front of the complex.

In our condo, I like to pay attention to detailing when decorating our unit.
Also note, this condo could accommodate up to 5- 6 people, as we do have 2 fold away beds or blow up beds available.

Ahhhhhh…… Paradise. ALOHA, You have found the perfect Hawaiian Vacation Spot. We are located right at the BEST snorkeling beach on the Big Island, even the lifeguards were talking about it when we were there in Oct. It can't be beat. If you love to snorkel, this is the condo you want. The snorkeling is absolutely incredible and since you are right there, you have the opportunity to go morning, noon and early evening. There are so many species of colorful fish and they are so friendly. When recently and I felt like I was in 'Fish Heaven,' they were that beautiful. Also, this is a Bay where many sea turtles hang out. They love swimming along with you. I will be happy to share some of our pics or You-tube video with you. As for the beach, it is perfect for little ones too. Our generally gentle beach is only steps from the condo. I have some pictures on this site and have more if you want to see them. During the Winter months the surf to the North part of the bay kicks up making it a great surfing spot. Just walk a block North to the local Surf Shop and rent snorkeling gear, take surf lessons or rent a paddle board. Went with our Grandsons (ages 8 and 10 this Summer and they loved the surf lessons given by Ben, who by the way is Great with kids) It was definitely the highlight of their Summer. Also note, the Bay area is pretty much protected and great to snorkel any time. AND, don’t forget to try the shaved at the beach from the food truck that comes daily.
From the condo OCEAN Views are yours! Our New Designer Decorated Condo can be your oasis away from home. Walk in the door to the sound of Hawaiian music from our google dot welcoming you. The view of the Ocean as you open the door is breath-taking, I am sure you will agree. :) We are the newest construction on Alii Drive in the last 20 years! The condo has all you will need for your home away from home. I love all the colors of Hawaii, so we incorporated that throughout the condo. Open the triple sliding French door and cross over the teak threshold onto the lanai, take in the beautiful ocean view, smell the air and listen to the native birds while watching the palms gently sway in the tropical breeze. At this point.....Ahhhh you will know you are in 'Paradise.' Mornings and evenings are a real treat. In the morning you will enjoy your views of the coastline and beach. You will see and hear an array of brightly colored songbirds singing their morning songs. Early Wed. morning you will see luxury cruise ships sailing into port. In the evenings, while enjoying your dinner, you will be treated to one of those unforgettable Kona sunsets where the colors of the sky and sea are beyond description and quite possibly your imagination. Watch closely.......... you might be fortunate enough to get a glimpse of the famous 'green flash'. Phil has seen it, but I never have.....! (Note: I did see it on our last trip, and it IS real!)
Our condo is large, luxurious, and has all the amenities you need. The condo features state of the art design from the granite counter tops to the glass door cherry wood cabinets completely stocked with colorful dishes. The bathrooms have glass block showers and art glass sinks, just to name a few. All of the rooms as well as the lanai have tropical ceiling fans and tray ceilings. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room with Disc player and a TV in each bedroom with disc player. We have free wi-fi internet and free long distance to the U.S. and Canada.
Kona is a very simple residential Island village with a beach town flair... Low-rise condos intermix with homes and parks, snorkel lagoons and little sandy coves.... a real homey feel compared to the resorts. You will fall in Love with The Big Island. Every time we go, I am on the lookout for more beaches and fun things to do. I have a long list with lots of links that I am happy to provide to you.

GOLF: If you are a golfer....we are less than 1/2 mile from The Kona Country Club which has 2 beautiful Ocean courses. There is also a nice restaurant there overlooking the Ocean and course.
Our unit has a sofa bed as well as a porta crib and highchair for a baby.
POOL: The infinity pool is just steps away and has beautiful Ocean views.When you are swimming in the pool, it has the feeling of just spilling into the ocean.There is a keiki (kiddie pool) area in the big pool.) Great to sit and suntan in the shallow water or if you have little ones it is perfect for them.There is a lava rock spa and a gas barbeque. Tables and chairs as well as lounge chairs are in the pool area.
We are happy to provide our guests with lists of recommended nearby restaurants and lots of activities. We have a Passion for the Big Island and Love helping our guests with suggestions for their traveling needs.
We offer the use of our ice chest, beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards to our guests. If you are looking for access to the beach with all the modern conveniences of home, look no further you have found the ultimate vacation experience that you will want to return to year after year.

We also own 697652 on VRBO, which is a 1 bedroom unit at another complex..If you need a second condo, I can usually send you to one of our neighbors units.
