Our property is smack dab in the middle of one of the most prestigious wine growing regions in Sonoma County - Dry Creek Valley. The First Crush Cottage is just five miles out of the historic, quaint town of Healdsburg. This renovated, charming, modern cottage provides it all.

Spectacular vineyards surround the meticulously landscaped grounds. It offers terrific location and access to some of the best wineries and restaurants in the world.

The cottage is walking distance to wineries and the historic Dry Creek General Store and just six minutes by car to downtown Healdsburg.

Every stay at the First Crush Cottage also includes a complimentary tasting at world renowned winery - Lambert Bridge. This seated tasting will include a flight of Bordeaux wines expertly paired with local cheeses. This experience will take place in the comfort of their redwood barrel room and is hosted by a Lambert Bridge wine educator. The tasting is valid up to four people and reservations are required at least 24 hours advance. The value of this experience is $75 per person.

Enjoy our garden from May to October and help yourself to the complimentary fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs located on the grounds.

First Crush Cottage is a lovely property, excellent layout, fully equipped kitchen, great location for exploring Healdsburg and all of the area’s wineries.The outdoor areas are inviting, comfortable with an excellent grill, fire pits and dining area.A great 2 week stay!!

Kimberly was a fantastic host! The communication with her was excellent. The property was just as described and was very clean and comfortable. There were 4 of us (2 couples) and the house provided us exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect! It was quiet and has a beautiful view from the backyard. The neighbors next door were even great! They left us farm fresh eggs with a nice note when we arrived.Kimberly also left top notch suggestions of restaurants and wineries to visit and she was spot on with everything. We have already decided that our next trip back, we are going to try to rent this property again! If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!

We loved our stay at First Crush Cottage! The property is absolutely stunning and meticulously maintained, with gorgeous valley views, a lush vegetable garden, and its own vineyard.Our host, Kimberly, was a fantastic communicator and made the whole process seamless.The location couldn't be better—only a 5-minute drive into downtown Healdsburg, surrounded by amazing wineries (with some within walking distance), and just a short walk to the Dry Creek General Store for great on-the-go breakfasts and sandwiches. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back soon!

We had a great stay at Kimberly’s place. She was incredibly communicative and did everything she could to make sure we were comfortable and knew what was available to us in the surrounding area. The tasting at Lambert Bridge is a must do! The house was perfect for 2 couples and very clean and cozy. I would highly recommend staying here, and would welcome the opportunity to visit again!

We have stayed in numerous VRBO's, this property was by far the best! It felt like a home away from home. Communication with the host was excellent. All of the little details the owner thought of were there.From arriving finding farm fresh eggs left by the neighbor; a wine tasting at Lambert Winery included in your visit; a bottle of wine; fresh tomato’s, herbs, wood for the fire pit in front of the home, and anything you would need to make gourmet meals. We enjoyed mornings and evenings by the fire pit behind the house enjoying the beautiful views. The layout of the home has the two bedroom on opposite sides, making it perfect for two couples. The location made it perfect for short drives in The Dry Creek valley and Healdsburg, and short day trip to Bodega Bay, San Francisco, Sonoma and Napa valleys. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Wonderful property that is quite relaxing. If you enjoy a cup of coffee in the garden within a stones throw of the neighbors vines and beautiful scenery - it’s a must book. Lovely interior and well decorated. Also the separate AC in every room is quite convienent and efficient. We were never hot and everyone could keep their rooms at whatever temp they liked.

This was our third stay at the First Crush Cottage and we hope to go back again next year. The House and property are perfect. Very up-to-date and clean. House has everything needed for a fabulous stay. The yard is super nice with a pretty patio and sitting area with beautiful views. The little garden is an added bonus! The location is great with many local wineries and fabulous restaurants in downtown Healdsburg!

Great location in the wine country. The home is well appointed for cooking in and enjoying the beautiful scenery behind the home. While outside you can hear the road noise but it’s minimal and still a lovely home.

Cozy Cottage

We had a wonderful stay! The setting was stunning, nestled in the vineyards and the Cottage was very well laid out with comfortable beds and lovely design. One of our guests had such a great time, that she plans to come back with her spouse!

Beautifully landscaped several lush outdoor sitting areas. Home is extremely well decorated with all the amenities you could want. Very quiet. We REALLY enjoyed the property and this is our 9th trip to Sonoma County.

Amazing stay!

This home truly is perfect for a weekend getaway in Healdsburg! Just a five minute drive to downtown. A beautiful outdoor area with great views. Plenty of room indoors for a family or two couples. Looking forward to staying again!

First Crush is a very clean and cute home in a great spot in Healdsberg - we had a wonderful time. The place was clean and had a lovely yard and deck - great for a family or two couples!

Lovely and comfortable

My family and I stayed here for a wedding. The house was very comfortable and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. We had such a nice time we are talking about making it an annual tradition!

My husband and I purchased the First Crush Cottage as a weekend getaway from our hectic life in San Francisco.

It is the refuge that we go to relax, unwind and exhale. Our girls, who are now grown, spent their childhood exploring the vineyards, canoeing the Russian River and discovering the rich countryside on hikes and bikes.

Over the years, our backyard has been host to a multitude of food and wine feasts with our friends and family. The fond memories are endless and rich.

Twenty years later and we still can't get enough of Healdsburg and our little slice of wine country heaven.
