THE COST IS $410 WHICH SERVICES THE WHOLE HOUSE (BOTH THE MAIN HOUSE AND APARTMENT) WHICH SLEEPS 25 PEOPLE. This is a duplex w/one side 6 BR/6 BA and a connected 2 BR/2 BA apartment with its own separate kitchen and balcony. Both sides are rented together as whole unit. There are 2 kings, 7 queens, 3 twin and 2 sofa beds. The listed prices are for the whole house. This beach house called Moonlighting has an unobstructed view of the beach and is across the street from the beach access. This is in a quiet, private neighborhood, but close to all the action. As Ocean Blvd doesn't connect due to a state park on one side and a campground on the other...you essentially have your own private beach right in front of you.

Family vacation
Great place for our extended family vacation, 20 people from 6mos to 75 !Wonderful location for the beach and the he pool was an awesome bonus !

This property and area are soooo nice! The house is in a dead end street and secluded area with no traffic other than the people living/staying there. We have always stayed in North Myrtle Beach and will probably not go back to staying there after being in Surfside. There was an abundance of good restaurants, shopping, groceries and great coffee/bakery spots which was important to my family! Broadway at the Beach was a 15 min. drive which was nice. I don't know if it was the area or because we stayed the week most kids went back to school, but there was a lot less traffic than we were used to for North & main Myrtle Beach areas. Another advantage was Murrell's Inlet was 20 min drive and we went to walk the pier and take in the sites. It was full of bars and restaurants that we hope to try next year. The pool was clean and maintained by a pool company and was a nice size that fit everyone comfortably. The kitchen was large with plenty of cabinets for food and was fully stocked with kitchenware. The front porch was large with 2 high top tables and chairs for 8-10 people. The management company was quick to respond with a maintenance person arriving within an hour for a minor oven issue. The owner was also very quick to respond to any email with questions or concerns. The management company sent numerous emails in advance of the trip with lots of information about our stay & things we would need to know. This was a fun family trip that will not be forgotten!
