Layout & Access
You’ll have private access to one of the first floor condos of the beach house.
Please note that the house is interconnected with a steel security door and each side has its own deadbolt lock.

Parking
There is plenty of free street parking directly in front and across the street. Once you arrive, you can leave your car parked and walk to just about everything.

Hosting Larger Groups?
If you’re planning a birthday party, family reunion, wedding, or getaway with a big family, we have two more condos on this family property (an additional 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths) that can accommodate even more guests. Please contact us for more details.

Beach Badges
We provide 3 complimentary Seaside Park beach badges with this rental (a $250 value for the week).

Pets
We’re pet lovers too! Small to medium-sized dogs that don’t shed are welcome with a pet fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate large or aggressive breeds.

Expectations & Rules
Guest Requirements
Per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and staying on-site during the rental period. We kindly ask that the names, ages, and addresses of all guests be shared prior to check-in. For groups including guests under 21, the Borough of Seaside Park requires signed consent forms from a parent or guardian.

To maintain a quiet and respectful environment, outside visitors are not permitted. Groups made up entirely of guests under 21, or those exceeding the number of registered guests, may be unable to check in.

Subleasing & Third-Party Bookings
For safety and consistency, reservations must be made by someone staying at the property. Subleasing or transferring a booking to another party is not permitted.

No Parties or Loud Gatherings
➤ While we hope you have a fantastic time, this is a family-friendly space, not a party house.
➤ As per township ordinance, Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to ensure everyone, including our neighbors, enjoys a peaceful evening.
➤ (Please note: The township enforces strict noise ordinances.)

Furniture
The home is set up for your comfort and convenience. Please do not move or rearrange the furniture.

Pet Policy

We welcome 1 small, non-shedding dog. A pet fee applies.

Please provide your dog’s breed and size before booking.

We cannot accommodate large, aggressive, or shedding breeds.

Our Cleanliness Promise
We take pride in offering a clean space.
If anything isn’t to your satisfaction when you arrive, let us know within 2 hours of check-in and we’ll gladly send our cleaning team.

Things to Note
The two condos on the first floor are interconnected by a steel, fire-rated door with deadbolts on both sides.

For your safety, we have security cameras covering the exterior of the property including entrances and patio areas. There is one security camera in the entrance area of the building.

As per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Minimum age for rentals must be 25 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights. No Exceptions. Reservations can not have outside guests or visiting friends. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid.
