The condo was comfortable, clean, and well equipped for an extended stay. Our host Kathy, absolutely thought of everything and was incredibly responsive throughout our visit. One of the biggest highlights is the location. Being able to walk out and enjoy the beach anytime we wanted was very special, especially for morning walks and evening sunset views. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for a peaceful, beachside escape.

The host is incredibly responsive, responding to my questions within minutes. The beds, including the pull-out couch are comfortable. The pool is very warm. And the condo is steps from the beach.

The condo exceeded our expectations. It's extremely clean and roomy. The beach supplies in the closet, down where you park, are very helpful. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of IRB and with direct beach access. The only drawback is the building's hot tub was closed for repairs. The owner told me that's been a recent issue. I also wish the hot tub area were open after dusk. I was there when it gets dark in between 5 and 6 PM, and it would've been nice to enjoy the hot tub at night.

HUGE condo with all kitchen amenities as well as beach gear. The peoperty was clean inside and out, and the host answered in a timely fashion when i couldht figure out the storage padlock. My balcony was on the side of the building but still had a partial beach view. Id hoghly recommended this property. It's very well suited for a group or family.

This is our 6-7 year of staying at this condo. The location is fabulous close to restaurants and of course the beach. The balcony is great you can sit out anytime of the day and enjoy the water view and breeze. Cannot wait to come back

Perfect location

This property was very clean and well equipped. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The pool and hot tub are next to the beach which is very nice. You can walk to many restaurants and shops from here too. Have rebooked and would recommend to others!

Kathys property was everything and then some! Location is great, cleanliness 10/10, clear and friendly communication, and she provides everything you need for the beach! From chairs, to boogie boards and floats. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Condo was in a good location. Condo is in much need of an major update and not very clean. All in all we enjoyed our time!

We have no idea what this guest is talking about. This unit is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each stay, and we have only ever received compliments about how clean and airy this unit is. The furniture and the air-conditioning in this unit is all less than a few years old, so there is nothing that needs updating. The dishwasher did break during this guest’s stay, which upset the guest, but we had the dishwasher repair person out the very day after they reported it was broken, and it was quickly fixed.

We have finally found a little slice of paradise that we would love to return to year after year! Communication was spot on throughout the entire process. Kathy was friendly and efficient in her responses. The condo had covered parking which we appreciated because we had a rental vehicle to take care of. Although the condo is on the third floor, the elevator was always in good working order and was appreciated. The condo was super clean, well appointed with lots of extras, had comfy beds, and we had tons of room. We loved the balcony too. From there, we saw geckos, two bunnies, and there were lots of birds. The pool was always warm and clean. There was hardly anyone at the pool most times. We loved having a shared pathway access to the beach from the pool. The barbeques were clean and ready to use. There was even a locker full of beach chairs, toys, and floaties. OceanWay is super conveniently located to everything you need. Publix is a few minute drive away as is a Walmart market. Lots to do and most of it free! We loved going for ice cream at Kooky Coconuts and sweets, and shakes at Pippo and Betty’s Bakery. The ocean is so beautiful! Sugar sand beaches, lots of seashells, and the ocean water was like bathwater most days. We started our day with a 4 km walk and ended our day the same way walking along the ocean, enjoying beautiful sunsets. We found everyone to be super friendly. Love 306 OceanWay and we will be back. Excellent Stay

We stayed at this beautiful condo for Spring Break. The description is 100% accurate. Nicely decorated and updated. The furniture is very nice and the beds are very comfortable. We've stayed at this complex multiple times but this was our 1st in this unit. We would for sure book this unit again. Thank you to the host for the great communication and a lovely stay!
