Sit back on the patio chairs and listen to the birds sing on the green trees, admire the ocean waves gently embracing the Tybee beach sand and watch fishing boats make way for dolphins. Come stay at our cozy and cute condo at Tybee island to relax and rejuvenate. The condo is in a gated secured community with its own private entrance to the beach. You are just a few steps away from the North Tybee beach. Just walk down a mini-boardwalk to observe dolphins on the coast. Adults take the beach chairs and kids take the floating bodyboard to enjoy the sun, sand, and the water. Hop out of your bed, and take a few steps for a long sunrise/sunset walk by the beach. If you like the outdoors come out and play in the beach sand or some tennis at the community tennis courts or relax in the community pool deep enough (9 FT) for the adults and one kiddie pool safe enough for the kids.

Enjoy the laid-back vibe of Tybee Island, explore the seafood restaurants and small gift shops of the Island, OR enjoy the vibrant Savannah-Downtown just 25 mins away.

The condo is located on the second floor with elevator access making it accessible for all. The view from the balcony is the exact view from the condo's patio (checkout the 'View from Patio' in images). The booking is for the whole condo which sleeps 6 with a comfortable Queen size bed in the bedroom, two bunk beds for the kids, and a queen-size sofa-cum bed in the living room. All linens, 2 beach chairs, 2 floating boards provided. One Parking space included. The condo has a compact kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, cooking range (4), toaster oven, coffee-maker, blender, dinner set, pans, etc. Can use the community laundry located on the floor with detergent provided. Although would be great to be disconnected from the digital world for a while, we know it's difficult. So We got you free WiFi and Cable with two TVs one in the living room and one in the bedroom :-)

A beach view would have been nice, but beach access was close to the building and swimming pool. Parking was convenient. Local shops and restaurants were in walking distance. The rental was neat and clean.

The condo was small but nice. The beds were comfortable. Price was reasonable. It was nice that you could walk right out to the beach. Pool was very nice and went to 9ft. We were able to see dolphins and shrimp boats when taking a walk on the beach. The weather was raining and cold but we were able to enjoy time playing tennis as the owners provided tennis rackets and balls. The only cons was that it was on the north beach so we were a bit away from south beach where all the shopping/activities were, the oven was not working, and there was no grill.

Nice getaway

We really enjoyed this place. It was exactly as described. The location is wonderful and less crowded that the south side of the island. We contacted the host several times and they were always very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed

I booked this last minute. We were looking for a quiet area to decompress from our busy professional lives and had a very relaxing time. The unit we stayed in was clean-could use some decor/fresh paint but was as advertised. Beach was calm, not very populated, and we saw dolphins every morning. The only drawback on the property was an older lady that must be the manager there. She would close umbrellas at the pool while still in use and appeared to dislike guests having fun in the pool. She actually called down a family in the pool by pointing to the pool rules sign (I couldn't see they were doing anything that would have condoned how she treated them). Not sure if there is a HOA or board that hires for that position but she could benefit from some customer service training or maybe a new role where she doesn't interact with humans.

Rough around the edges

The property is in an older building, on the water. This particular unit is near the back of the building with little view of the water. The location was convenient for the traveling we did on and off the island. The kids were disappointed the pool was unheated so too cold to swim in March. The deck is a great place to sit and enjoy the evening. The bedroom was very small, hard to get around the bed. The overhead light did not work, so we often had to use the hall light. The light fixtures throughout the unit had a least 1 burned out bulb each. The bathroom has been remodeled but left much to be desired. The shower unit was not installed properly, shifting and groaning as you move. The wall cabinet was so rusted inside no one used it, leaving little working space on the counter. The bathroom smelled musty during our entire stay, we ended up leaving the fan running to help remove the moisture. Overall, we had no major issues and were able to enjoy our trip. You get what you pay for I guess.

Nice play to stay

My wife, adult son and I had a very enjoyable time at Lakhanā€™s apartment. It was clean, comfortable and easy to access. Everything at Tybee is really close and even historic Savannah isnā€™t that bad at. The pull out bed tilts a little but there are the two single beds sort of in a closet when you walk in if you prefer that option. Really nice option for a couple. And Lakhan was very responsive with communication, which was important with Hurricane Ian coming.

Perfect stay at the beach!

This condo was the perfect size for 4 people and a great spot to stay for a trip to the beach. The pool on the property was nice and clean with friendly staff and the easy access to the beach was amazing. The beach and water were nice for wading and seeing dolphins! Also it was a great beach location if you are worried about small kids in waves. This side of the island did not have much waves but with a trip to the pier we got our wave fix in. The condo was in a gated area and it was nice to have plenty of parking guranteed. This condo is a perfect choice for families or those looking for a relaxing trip on the island.

Unwind By the Beach

My kids and I really enjoyed this condo, the walk the the beach was short, the pool on the way back from the beach was a perfect way to cool off. There was ample parking, and the condo was spatious enough for a pair of toddlers to spread out! Would defintely stay here again, Tybee Island was beautiful!

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and well maintained. The only downside is that it can be very noisy. It is located on 2nd floor and hear everyone that goes down the hall on 3rd floor. It can be a little frustrating at 1 am and past that. Overall, it was good.

Great little spot on the beach!

Great, clean little place. The kids loved the bunk beds, pool and the VERY short walk to a nice clean beach. The owner(s) of the condo were extremely helpful/nice and answered any questions prior, and during our stay. we will absolutely be back!
