- 1 fully-equipped separate kitchen (fridge with freezer, hob, microwave, oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine) with dining area
- 2 bedrooms with double beds
1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 of which is a mezzanine bed
- 1 bathroom with bath and toilet
- 1 shower room with shower and toilet
- 1 terrace with table and chairs for meals


The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaning agent.
