Two beachside bedrooms offer amazing views including impressive sunrises. Sit back and let your worries float away with the tide - you will be on island time before you know it.

Per the Edisto Beach Police Dept, due to this home's location on Palmetto Blvd, golf cart(s) cannot be driven to or from this property.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ā€˜Yesā€™ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Weekend family getaway

We did a weekend getaway and I'm so glad that we chose Sunrise Sunset. The house was exactly as listed. The oceanviews were absolutely breathtaking! We are looking forward to when we can return.

Loved staying at the beach house. Enough space for everyone and right on the beach. My only issues were the floors in the kitchen were uneven and there were rust stains all over the house including all over the back door.

Location was a plus, right on the beach with lots of parking space. Easy to access and had the number of baths and bedrooms we needed for our family. The staff was helpful and it was easy to check in and out.

Weekend Getaway

It was the perfect weekend. The house was just what we were hoping for and more. The location was great, the weather was great, and the sunrises were breathtaking. We will definitely be back to stay in this sweet house next year.

Weekend at the beach!

This was a lovely location, a somewhat dated home but very cozy and personable. Unbeatable views, the beach is literally at your door. I would definitely seek out this location again and refer it to others! Really nice experience.

Everything you need is there. Stocked kitchen, comfy furniture and front and rear porches for relaxing. Definitely recommend. Hope to come back next year!

2nd visit to Sunrise, Sunset

i cannot say enough about this home! What we love the most, honestly is the location of the house. This house cannot be any closer to the ocean. It is situated away from any public beach access, so the entire oceanfront of the house is open to you and your guests. Great rental! We love it and will be back!

Short weekend away..

The property was great and enjoyed being close to the beach. Only issue was the hot water heater leaked and needed to be fixed which took all day Sunday. Otherwise we had a great timeā€¦

Great views and access

This house sits right on the beach with amazing views. The porch is mostly covered with unobstructed views of the beach. The house is wide open and allows for plenty of space for the family to sit and interact with each other. The table is great for family game night. One bathroom toilet area is much smaller than the other; great for little kids but not as great for adults. A few bedrooms were hot at night, even with the ceiling fans and air conditioner on; it was best to leave the doors open for circulation. A great time was had with family and we will consider this house again for a quick get away for some EdiSLO time!

Weekend getaway

Beautiful views and outstanding location. The property is very spacious and the outside porches are wonderful. A few minor things Iā€™d suggest like more comfortable mattresses and adjusting the threshold at the front door so bugs canā€™t vacation with you. We had a sheet that was put on a bed that had a stain on it and the handle on the refrigerator was missing. Several blinds were broken also but these things are easily fixable and didnā€™t spoil our weekend. Beautiful weekend!
