Beachfront 4 BR, 3 bath, sleeps 12 - Fantastic Views!

The sandy beach and beautiful Atlantic ocean are only steps away in this traditional Edisto beach house. Everyone will love the open floor plan and all the room for spending great quality family time. And with two bedrooms and baths on each side of the great room everyone can be guaranteed quiet time as well. The floor plan works great for families or couples, and particularly well for extended/multiple families vacationing together. Two of the bedrooms open onto the deck for spectacular sunrise vistas.
In 2021 we replaced the living room furniture, clothes dryer and refrigerator. We've added a desk with art and business supplies, and the attic was sealed with spray foam for additional heating/cooling comfort and energy efficiency. In 2022 we refinished the light maple floors throughout the house and replaced the dishwasher and disposal. In 2025 we replaced the hot tub, repainted the columns and underside of the house, and added a swing to complement our hammock under our house. We also replaced all four sliding doors. What a difference!

This home sits closer to the water than the surrounding homes, giving it some of the best views on the island - visitors often compared the views from the ocean side deck to being on a ship. Guests love setting up chairs on the sand under the deck or lounging in the hammock for a shady beach experience.
This home has a hot tub, nestled under the house on the beach side with views of the ocean from the tub.

This home is close to the pavilion/pier, shopping and restaurants, and sits on an expansive stretch of pristine Edisto Beach with unobstructed panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Abundant off street parking.

The home has been updated and remodeled, and features an open kitchen with island, beautiful wood ceiling in great room, hardwood floors throughout, the addition of a 3rd full bathroom, and more updates to the original traditional Edisto floorplan. The deck was also renovated, with new railings and the addition of a dog/child gate. An exterior, enclosed shower has also been installed under the home with a foot wash.
Living room and front bedrooms have streaming TV’s. The two rear bedrooms have Roku devices. The house provides Hulu Plus (includes Disney and ESPN) and Netflix accounts and High -speed internet access (the highest speed we can get in Edisto).

Edisto Beach is now serviced by an island wide RO system.
