Wonderful location in the center of Paris overlooking the Seine. We watched the riverboats passing by but being on the « tip » of the island, it was very tranquil. A short walk to Notre Dame and metro.The apartment is comfortable and the host very accommodating. I hope to visit again soon !

Terrible Property.

Terrible property. The image on the VRBO site is not a photo. It is a misleading “rendering” making it look much larger and with nicer furniture. One of the showers has black stuff on the grout and stinks. The other shower doesn’t drain. The entry ceiling which is the floor of the unit has big sections removed due water damage. There are temporary support beams being held up by metal supports. The structure looks like it has major water damage and appears to have mold issues. The furniture is cheap and old. There are 2 portable a/c units that do not keep the place cool. The entire apartment smells musty or moldy. I would never recommend it to anyone!!

Lovely Apartment

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. We were a group of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) and there was plenty of space for all of us. Communication with the host was easy. The neighborhood was fantastic for getting around Paris but also didn't feel overly crowded. Would definitely stay there again.

Our favorite place to stay in Paris

This apartment is in an absolutely ideal location: it is on the Ile Saint Louis with easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shopping, and more. We love the view onto the Seine river. It's so peaceful.This is a place to stay to have a truly Parisian experience, with your own little kitchen and - importantly - a washer/dryer. It does not have air conditioning, but you can open the back bedroom windows at night.Check in is a breeze and the hosts are so kind. we can't wait to come back.

Fantastic apartment with amazing view

This spacious apartment is on the first French floor (one flight of stairs) overlooking the Seine. The view was amazing!! On a quiet corner of Ile St Louis, but the low floor is close to the street. The decor has been updated a bit since the photos, and it is equally lovely. The kitchen is amazingly large for a French apartment, and has a dishwasher and washer/dryer which both worked well. Wi Fi was great. There are two powder rooms (toilet and sink), and two bath rooms - one with a sink and shower and the other with a sink, shower, and tub. There are no toilets in those bath rooms, the powder rooms are separate.Our check in process with Violeta was super easy, she did a great job showing us the apartment.Notes regarding the apartment description: there is a queen sized bed, twin bunks, and a double bed in the third bedroom. To access the third bedroom you walk through the bunk room. There is no barbeque grill…. :). We had a small communication issue with the host, but it was a holiday weekend and not an emergency, so a delayed response through messenger was fine.Overall we were delighted with this apartment, and recommend it.

SPRING BREAK 2025

Excellent Location! That was the best of it. Property completely changed out interior from the pictures. Seating in living room area changed to uncomfortable chairs. Window covering changed to cheaper drapery. Toilets in separate extremely small rooms ( hope you are not claustrophobic ). Had to hunt for bath towels for a traveling party of 6. Clothes dryer? Used air drying rack in small kitchen. Bedding pillows were large throw pillows. Not worth the price!

Excellent apartment and location

The apartment is in a great location. It has been redecorated since the pictures on the listing, but I prefer the new decor. It was quiet and convenient. We loved being on the Ile St. Louis. My husband and I stayed with our 2 children and my husband's parents and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. It was so nice having a washer and 2 bathrooms. The washer will not fully dry clothes, but there is a large drying rack that works well.

Gorgeous location

We absolutely loved the flat and especially the location. Beautiful neighborhood with loads of shopping and restaurants, but still quiet enough in the evenings. Sure, there are the usual quirky things to expect from an old building, but those things just add to our enjoyment. We had a wonderful time.

Absolutely Amazing!

Quai De Bourbon was fabulous and did not disappoint! The rooms were well maintained and the unit was very clean! The location was a dream! Close to everything including the Metro at Pont Marie! This apartment is definitely in the city center! Can’t wait to visit this lovely apartment soon! Au revoir and Merci to our wonderful hosts!

Great location and views

We loved staying in the heart of Paris and enjoyed the area businesses and lots of strolls. With family, it made it easy to return to the apartment for a rest. Plenty of bathrooms and beds for a family to stay comfortably. Great communication with property managers.

This apartment is not worth the cost. The location is fantastic, but the accomodation is on par with a 2-star hotel.

This apartment is uninhabitable-stay away

Do not rent this apartment. We rented this apartment in Paris for well over $1000 per night. Unfortunately, the first night we learned that the apartment below ours on the ground floor played electronic techno music with a booming bass and huge amplification every night, almost all night long, and often during the day as well. It also appeared that the occupants of this unit were using and selling drugs, sometimes leaving open the front door of the building to allow access for their activities. People came and went at all hours. The building lobby filled with smoke and the stench of cheap wine. No one in our party was able to sleep and we felt unsafe. It was very hot and we needed the windows open. Of course, if we opened them, the noise was even worse and smoke filled our apartment. We reported these problems to our host immediately. The host’s initial response was to say that they would resolve the problem through communication with the building manager and the apartment making the noise. We tried banging on the door of the ground floor apartment and yelling during the night. Each day we contacted the host and each day the host indicated they would take action, each day tricked us into staying each day. Our Paris vacation was ruined. They wouldn't find alternative rooms, and finally told us to call the police (which they had said they would do). Don't go here! Awful.! lots more to say but word limit on VRBO. VRBO is not helping.

Greatest location ever - so charming!

We had 4 of us in Paris for a dream vacation. We wanted to feel like we were living in a real French apartment. This one is ideally located on the fantastic Ile St Louis with views of the river. The apartment comfortably held all 4 of us in 3 bedrooms. The great bonus was a washer/dryer, so we could do laundry. Check in/out was a breeze. Only suggestion would be to have a fan in each bedroom, as there is no A/C. I will return here again - we loved everything about this place!

Amazing location in the heart of Paris

The apartment location could not be outdone. It was comfortable and fit our needs, and was in a wonderful little neighborhood on the Ile St. Louis. The neighborhood had a boulangerie, ice cream shops, grocery store, oyster restaurant, cheese shop, crepe shop, so we basically ate all of our meals in. There were also a few cute bistros when we did want to go out for dinner. We strolled along the Seine and all in all had a wonderful time.

Fabulous location

We loved the neighborhood and location. However, the apartment felt cramped, even though there were only 4 of us. There was no room for luggage and the closets were tiny.

Perfect Location

Fantastic location- the island is quiet and small but has everything you need. Cute markets and good restaurants are walking distance. The apartment was good for our family of 5, 3 are college kids and they were good with a bunk and pull out sofa. We never really cooked (why?!😂) but the kitchen was well stocked. The living room windows overlooking the Seine were amazing! Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful setting

Family of 4, we really enjoyed our 4 day stay. Absolutely perfect location, beautiful view over the Seine, loved being on the corner of Ile St Louis. Charming, cozy little apartment; could do with some updating. Master bedroom is interior and gets stuffy - was tempted to move to the back bedroom which has a window on the courtyard. For those of us from the suburbs, a reminder that the city is noisy - sirens, music, other residents - but that's all part of the scene. We managed to bake birthday souffles in the kitchen. Manager Vera was very helpful.

Spectacular location

My husband and I and our son and his family (including 3 kids age 6-12) so enjoyed staying at this charming, well - appointed apartment for a week in July! The location is perfect. With two big windows overlooking the Seine, we stayed cool despite record breaking heat. We arrived well before check-in time, but were warmly greeted and shown around. The layout — walking through the bunk bed room to get to the second queen bed room — worked well for our particular family group, and it was great to have all the bathrooms!! (Two toilet / sink combos and two bathrooms with full-size vanities and shower and (for one) tub. The location was fantastic, with charming shops and restaurants rear by and easy access to all sights, many just a stroll along the Seine. Cannot recommend this place enough. Can’t imagine ever staying anywhere else in Paris.
