Bedrooms & Baths: Very comfortable beds in large bedrooms. Roomy accommodations for up to 13 guests, with one of those being a convertible futon couch in the game room, with well-appointed bedrooms and modern bathrooms for ultimate comfort. Extra twin mattress if needed.

Outdoor Oasis: A fenced-in backyard ensures privacy and is perfect for your furry family members – yes, we’re dog-friendly! Relax by the brand-new pool (opened in 2025) or enjoy the covered bar hangout area, complete with a ping pong table, corn hole and ladder ball for lively games.

Entertainment Galore: Unwind in the game room featuring a basketball arcade game, Xbox, and a classic Ms. Pac-Man game. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi everywhere, and enjoy Smart TVs in multiple rooms. If you prefer to stay off screens, the house is stocked with many games to play to unwind after a day outside.

Ample Parking: Plenty of room for multiple vehicles, so bring the whole crew! 4 cars fit in the driveway and 4 carts fit on the side yard.

Dog-Friendly Amenities:
We understand that your furry friend is part of the family, which is why our rental home is proudly dog-friendly. With plenty of space to roam and explore. Your four-legged companion will feel right at home during your stay. Doors and gates throughout the property to keep them safe.

A standard pet fee applies based on the number of dogs. Dogs are NOT allowed in the pool. But Oak Island welcomes dogs on the beach (on- leash Mar 15- Oct 15, off leash rest of the year). Or just a few miles away on Caswell Beach the dogs can always run free before 9am.

Rinse Off Quickly or Fully: Once back from the beach, the hose off all feet and paws with the convenient sprayer, or use the large fully- enclosed outdoor shower, which has hot and cold water and a changing area.
