Perfectly located within walking distance to the scenic Overlook Barn and the famous Beech Mountain Sledding Hill, and just over a mile from the slopes at Ski Beech, our condo offers the ideal home base for year-round adventure.
Step inside and enjoy keyless entry, a private covered deck with mountain air, brand-new couches, a double-sided fireplace, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.
The spacious primary bedroom features a plush king-size bed, while the inviting guest bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed — plus, there are two full bathrooms to make getting ready a breeze.
Cook up your favorites in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dual coffee maker (brew a single K-Cup or a full pot), a crockpot, and a wide variety of spices for your meals.

This was pur second time staying here. It is always clean and well stocked with everything you need including snacks! The location is perfect for skiing, sledding and food! We will definitely book again!

Great Stay and Great Views

The property was awesome! Communication with the host was excellent. The beds were comfy. The amenities were as-described. We brought a ton of extra kitchen stuff that we ended up not needing since everything was so well stocked and there were so many "extras". The location is great - as it around the corner from everything that you need. My family of 3 enjoyed it and we highly recommend this host.

Best VRBO I have stayed at -STUNNING VIEWS!

I can't tell you how impressed I was with this VRBO all the way down to the dishware. I know sounds crazy, but Sarah has great taste with her dishes and even the spoons/knife set were very nice. BTW - I went and bought the same :) Even the decor was beautiful. The condo is VERY clean & had everything you need, minus food. We went during January and got to experience the snow that came in, WOW to the view of the snow mountains and trees. We saw many deer right outside the balcony. You can see Sugar Mtn. from your balcony & bedroom window. Beds were comfortable & bathrooms were spacious. Also, as you come out of the development, you see Beech Mtn in front of you! Very cool. Sarah was also beyond helpful and reliable when we needed her. This was one of the BEST VRBO's I have ever stayed at. We will return again!! Thanks Sarah!!

Coziest condo with amazing views

Our expectations were exceeded with this property. The location was great, right near the town shops and restaurants in Beech Mountain and also a close drive to Banner Elk. The first thing we noticed were the views from inside the condo, they were beyond amazing! Full sunrise to sunset and clear view of what I think was Sugar Mountain and slopes. Pictures on the listing cannot capture how great the view is! The condo itself is one of the best properties I've stayed in. With my husband and 5 yo, we like to hang out together in the living room and not all places have comfortable and clean furniture. This had what looked like brand new Crate and Barrel sofas, plenty of cozy pillows and blankets and super clean (maybe new) carpet. We especially loved the easy to use gas fireplace. There were plenty of amenities available (k cups, towels, sheets, blankets, pillows) and everything was in great condition. My son especially loved the little stuffed bear in his room and hung out with him all weekend :) Host Sarah was super easy to communicate with and gave us all the instructions and reminders so I had them available. I really can't say enough great things about this property, if you're looking to have a mountain vacation, this is the perfect place.

Perfect Couple's Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect couple's weekend getaway but a family with two kids or 4 adult friends would be very comfortable here. The condo has a great view of grandfather mountain and is at over 5,000 feet and so refreshingly cool in August. It is an end unit which provided more windows and privacy. There are woods on one side and the deer came into the yard every day. We chose to get carryout and have dinner on the porch instead of in a restaurant and enjoyed morning coffee with a fantastic view. The complex is very close to the heart of the Beech Mountain village. It was very clean and well decorated. The kitchen has everything you need. We loved our stay and will return again.

The cleanest condo we have ever stayed in!

This place was literally immaculate! It has the best view of the mountains, the beds are great, the whole place was stocked with everything we needed! Was completely beautifully decorated! We will be renting again this fall! Y all , do not miss out! It’s great

Best Ski Trip Yet

The location was very close to the resort. The inside of the condo we clean, cozy, inviting, and the view of the mountains was gorgeous. Host added things like coffee, board games, and blankets that made the stay even better, and was very easy to communicate with. Great place for the price offered.

Ski weekend

We appreciated Sarah's help in the midst of a snowstorm and navigating the wintry roads to the condo! Beautiful views and a comfortable space for our family. It was about a 10 minute drive to Beech for skiing. It was a great weekend!

Wonderful Mountain Vacation

My family and I had the most WONDERFUL time! This condo is extremely clean, cozy and has breath taking views! Waking up to frost on the treetop and a beautiful sunrise, all while sipping coffee in front of the warm fire. I highly recommend this listing! Sarah had great communication and check in and check out was extremely easy. We definitely will be back!
