THIS PROPERTY RENTS DAILY/WEEKLY ONLY BETWEEN MAY AND SEPTEMBER. NO PETS ALLOWED. Sneak away to this charming 3 bedroom 3 baths pool home nestled near the foothills in an inviting neighborhood. Although shops, restaurants, and lake access are only a 10 minute drive away, the area feels peaceful, private and secluded. The front door opens to a bright and clean home with skylights that allow natural light in to energize your day. The interior has been decorated in a modern country style that will make you feel warm and content, as if you are finally home. Pass by a piano to enter the cozy living room with a gas fireplace, perfect to unwind or relax on a vacation day. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen and dining room, ideal for entertaining, with an island bar seating 4 and a formal table seating 6.The master bedroom contains a king size bed, dresser, walk in shower, water closet, and large walk-in closet. The second room near the living room features a queen size trundle day bed, with a full size mattress that pulls out below, an armoire, and a small TV. The third room holds a twin over queen bunk bed, with an additional twin size trundle bed that pulls from below the queen, a dresser, and a closet. The second bathroom, which will have you thinking you have escaped to the ocean, contains a shower with tub. The third bathroom is accessed from the garage, if you find your family scrambling to get ready and out the door for lake activity. There is a large laundry room with a brand new LG washer and dryer. Enjoy the lake views and escape the heat from the stunning pebble tech pool and travertine deck in a backyard paradise. While you are out there, throw some burgers on the salt and pepper stone grill and then indulge in your home made meal while basking in the first class desert sunset. There is plenty of outdoor seating and table space for everyone in your group to find a comfortable space of their own. Not in the mood to be outdoors but not ready for bed yet either? Enjoy the TV or music in the 1500 Sq foot garage while your sit at a table for a board game or even while you play a game of shuffle board, pool, darts or ping pong. There is a queen sized pull out couch as well, if you prefer sleeping in open spaces. Garage has parking for 1 vehicle. All rentals 30+ days, the renter is responsible for any Electric over $150 per month.

Wonderful property with great views

Our family of 4 stayed at the property for11 days. We had a little hiccup on the first day when we checked in, so I contacted Nadine. She responded quickly & took care of everything right away. The house was great! Exactly like the pictures, It sits in a nice quiet neighborhood. It's close to McCulloch Blvd which runs throughout Havasu which made it easy to drive downtown, the restaurants & the grocery store. Our family used the pool every day. It was relaxing to sit by the pool & enjoy the sunrise and the sunsets each day. I highly recommend this property - we'd stay again!

Weekend Getaway

Our weekend stay at the Bluegrass property was great. We enjoyed a quiet bachelor party getaway. Property is clean and in a nice, convenient location. Definitely would return to stay here in the future.

The process was easy and the owner was in communication from day 1. She has a very nice house and big. It was clean and not that far from the lake. We used the house more at night because e spent the day at the lake. In the night time we enjoyed the pool. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.
