The view of the beautiful Emerald Waters of the Gulf of Mexico in this 12th floor west end condo will make this one of the best vacations of your life! This newly renovated condo feature a private, furnished baloney that's accessible via three sets of sliding glass doors. This condo has been professional decorated with exquisite furnishings. You can see the water and sand for miles.

Do not be fooled by condos that advertise 3 bedrooms. At Sunrise Beach if they do not have 3 bathrooms they are not a true 3 bedroom condo..

Gulf front master suite with king-sized bed and new Tempurpedic mattress, balcony access, and an oversized bathroom.

This is an ideal location on the 12th floor- low enough to hear the waves but high enough from the pool to have privacy.

Beautiful tile floors extend throughout with an open floor plan and large glass sliding doors that allow the unit to feel very spacious. Enjoy the beautiful emerald water view from the private balcony in both living area and master bedroom and take in stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, shimmering white sand beaches and expansive pool area. Capture stunning sunset views and enjoy outdoor dining, morning coffee, or a cool breeze from the balcony.
The condo has a large laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The open floor plan has a kitchen that is fully equipped. The dining room has a wonderful view of the Gulf with beautiful recessed lighting.

Take in the Gulf views from nearly everywhere in the unit. The kitchen also offers new quartzite countertops ample cabinets and a pantry.

Sunrise Beach features two beautiful pools (one of which is seasonally heated), two whirlpools, and a Kiddie splash area located on the fifth floor overlooking the white sandy beach. Parking is under the building so you do not have to cross the road. Everything is waterfront.

Do you like to workout? The fitness center is wonderful and overlooks the pool and beach. Watch TV or just 'people watch as you exercise!

Fantastic Getaway

The condo was beautiful and just as described. The views from the wraparound balcony were postcard perfect. Close to everything and walking was easy. The beaches were clean and the water was clear. Highly recommend this condo.

Very pleasant experience

The location was great. We walked to restaurants on four different nights. The condo was very nice, although we had to move some nice decor out of reach of our two-year-old. Overall, a really nice place.

Balcony views

We had a great time. Wrap around balcony with spectacular views. Ocean front view one side and other has beach view and night lights of the strip from 12th floor. Newly updated. We will go back.

Short and sweet stay

We booked this rental to have a proper family beach vacation. It was very clean, lots of space and wonderful views. It was a great stay.

Our family had a wonderful stay!! This condo is the best!! It is beautifully decorated and very clean. Very spacious with the layout. The owner and manager both are great !! Love this condo! Will stay again I hope soon.

Beautiful Condo and Views

Condo was as advertised and host was amazing. Super clean and super beautiful. The wrap around balcony was amazing and the views were off the chart. The whole process was top notch and we will stay with Judy again.

Great condo

Beautiful condo, amazing view of the beach and the strip. Having free beach chairs was a definite plus. Plenty of room for mom, dad ,2 grandmothers and a 7 year old.

Great Location and Beautiful Sunsets

This condo is conveniently located near many restaurants and Pier Park. The sunset view is fabulous. The furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Bedrooms were also well furnished--lots of closet and drawer space.

Perfect Stay in the Perfect Place

Fabulous in every way. The condo was beautiful and had everything we could ever need. The building was very well maintained. The location was perfect with lots of restaurants nearby. And the view was amazing. Judy sent great directions for check in and was easy to reach. It was the spring break!

PCB 2024 Family

This condo was awesome! I don't think there is anything we would change about it. Everything was super nice and layout was perfect. Being a corner unit, you basically had views in all directions. We will mark this one and will definitely try to stay at this exact location when we return to PCB.

Second Awesome Trip

This was our second time staying in this condo. We have stayed at many places up and down the Florida coast. This condo is by far the most plush we have ever stayed at. In additon to the interior being very well decorated, the corner balcony is awesome. This condo is also in a great location. It is close to Pier Park and the night life. I would highly recommend staying in this condo. We will be renting it again.

Would stay here again and again!

This was our first beach vacation in approximately 5 years and wow, what a condo we picked. We were in PCB for a 14U softball tournament and the location was absolutely perfect. Beautiful view of the beach and strip. Large living space. Had everything we could possibly need, from kitchen utensils, appliances to extra sheets and blankets. Probably the easiest check-in and check-out procedure we have ever experienced. Had to add an extra night due to mistake on my end when booking and was absolutely no problem. Judy and Pat are great to work with. Would stay here again and again.

We loved it and can't wait to go back!

What a wonderful getaway! We absolutely loved our time at your gorgeous condo. It was truly like a home away from home. Everything in the condo is comfortable, welcoming and well thought out. It's so spacious and was a great size for our family of six. We spent seven nights and had five beautiful sunsets. The wraparound balcony is such a treat. The location is great -- easy beach access but also easy access to restaurants, shopping etc. The folks at Sunrise Beach do a good job of keeping things up too. We can't wait to get back down there. Thanks for welcoming us into your second home!

Sunrise Beach West End Corner

Property overall was great. Clean and well stocked kitchen. Felt really at home. Wrap around balcony provided great views! Maybe add some bath linens to eliminate washing towels/washcloths daily. Beach chair staff seemed to be more attentive and cordial to paying customers versus the groups included in rental. Pool was closed one afternoon without explanation. Our expectations were met overall. We will definitely book this property again.

Most everything was great

The condo was very nice and the location was great. I only have a couple of complaints. The elevators were a nightmare. One of 4 didn’t work at all and the other 3 were extremely slow. We waited on the elevators about every time we left the condo. Sometimes as long as 20 minutes. My other issue was the air conditioning. It is setup to shut off if the doors or windows are left open. That I understand completely but it should be set to give more than 30 seconds. Also the air conditioner shut down several times when all the doors and windows were closed and had been for at least a hour.

Would not stay in this unit again

Ad states it accommodates 8, but it does not. It will accommodate 7, if someone is willing to sleep on the couch (not a pull out couch). When booked, I gave name and ages of all that would be staying. When we arrive there were no sheets to be used on couch. Took 2 days to receive sheets for couch. As for the unit itself, I’ve stayed in MANY 3 br, 3ba at Sunrise Beach and there are certain things I’ve come to like and one is the fact that the master bedroom has 2 closets. This one did not. One closet was locked so you could not use. The other closet had half of it converted into drawers, cabinets, and a vanity area. This closet also had 2 locked cabinets you could not use. So there was only 1 small area for about 20 hangers. Under the bed, there was dust and the owners had stored stuff there, so suitcases had to just sit around instead of being put away because there was not storage space. Master bedroom and bathroom doors do not lock (did not check the others) Ice maker does not work Laundry room light was out first day we arrived and I reported it. It never got fixed. I had to move a lamp in the laundry room just to see. Front door does not close all the way when you pull it or push it, so you have to take the extra time to check it. Too many throw pillows on bed and not enough pillows for actual sleeping. 2 of the pillows on the bed are in shams, not what you typically would sleep on. No pillow protectors and all pillows were sweat stained. Small TV in bedroom.

Loved the condo! Loved the parking situation.

Only thing I didn't like was the pool on the 5th floor instead of beach level. Other than that it was fantastic. We will definitely stay there again.

BEST Vacation Experience

Judy was very prompt with communication, the check-in process was easy. The condo was clean and decorated nicely. The views from the balcony were amazing. We all had a great time (minus the weather) but tons of stuff to do in the condo like Netflix and play board games. It’s a very short elevator ride to the beach, the elevators were fast as well. Would love to stay again next year!

Best Place By Far

This condo was above and beyond our expectations. It is a beautiful place with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. You have a great view of the main road where everyone drives back and forth. Within walking distance of many shops and places to eat. We will definitely stay here again.
