Wake up every morning with the view and sounds of the ocean from your bed, enjoy your dinner while the sun sets in front of you, or watch the waves glisten from the moon as you enjoy a cocktail on the terrace.

It is my goal to offer you a high quality vacation rental at an affordable price. This condo is newly remodeled with new furniture, linens, bath and beach towels, flat screen televisions, stereo with iPod docking station, art work, and fresh paint. Washer/Dryer in unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes, cookware, utensils, etc.

1/2 block from Los Muertos Beach/Pier, Green and Blue Chairs, with many area restaurants and bars. This is a safe neighborhood in the heart of Old Town (Romantic Zone) - really the best area of town to be in. It is located less than one block from the ocean, right behind and above the One Beach Street Resort and Hotel Tropicana. Very safe & secure location. There are approx. 100 stairs that take you from the beach up above to your home.

The condo boasts some of the best views in Vallarta - especially from the pool terrace which recently went through a major renovation with all new tiling. The pool terrace has plenty of chairs, tables, and umbrellas, and is a common gathering place to enjoy a cocktail with others while watching the amazing sunsets and view of the entire bay (180 degrees), or, you can watch from your private terrace.

You will also enjoy sitting in the condo watching the cruise ships come in and out, the nightly fireworks at 9pm, and even see the whales and dolphins swimming/jumping in the bay.

You do not need a car here! You are within walking distance of just about everything you would want or need, including the Malecon (Boardwalk), Olas Altas, the Pier to grab a water taxi to various beach destinations, zip line adventures, horseback riding, booze cruises, etc. Relaxing, adventurous, or fiesta filled – Vallarta offers any type of vacation environment you may be looking for.

Don't be fooled by the others - my photos are all accurate and I keep my home up-to-date with regular maintenance and supplies.

Great sunsets, beautiful place.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Naomi. The place was just as advertised and the 96 steps up from the street kept from gaining any weight on our vacation.

Casa Naomi was lovely!

Casa Naomi really helped create the relaxation we were aiming for on our trip. We loved waking up to the sound of crashing waves, lounging on the balcony, sleeping in a cozy bed. The condo had all the amenities we needed and the it had great decor too! The location couldn’t be beat - so close to the beach and the heart of Zona Romantica on a mostly quiet side street. We highly recommend!

Great place, awesome view

The condo is absolutely beautiful. The view is amazing, close to the beach, and walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. There are a bit of stairs, but don’t worry, once you discover the side gate entrance/exit you realize the stairs are completely manageable. The owner was great to communicate with. Highly recommend this condo. We plan to stay here again.

Beautiful Gem in Amapas

This property is great. Located a block from the beach and walking distance to so many great food and entertainment venues. Very well cared for home. Modern amenities in a clean and safe building. The owner and property managers were extremely communicative. We would recommend this unit.

Awesome stay

Chris’ place is beautiful Indoor outdoor living at its best. Close to action so relaxing but close enough to restaurants and night life that you are in the mix. Apartment is newly renovated and done tastefully and thoughtfully. View is amazing and only a couple blocks from beach clubs. There are a lot of stairs but worth it. We will visit again

Perfect relaxation!

Wow. This was the perfect place for our escape to warmth. Could have spent the entire winter on the patio overlooking the ocean. Quick walk down the beach, but a bit of hike up several flights of srairs to get back home. Small price to pay!

Paradise!!

Incredible place, we will definitely be back! Loved the open patio, hearing and seeing the ocean 24/7, excellent set up snd all amenities and supplies you could want. Beautiful reno’d bathrooms, large shower, quiet at night even with patio fully open air, very clean, and nice neighbours. Also perfect location for exploring and so many restaurants close by! So worth the stairs, which weren’t that bad after all, we loved the character of it all. Highly recommend - it was our little oasis at the end of a long day. Always happy to come back to it, and we really enjoyed the bluetooth to play our music. Chris was awesome too - good communication always. Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay!

Great Location!

My partner and I rented Casa Naomi for a week and enjoyed our stay. The condo is a short walk to the beach and all of the fun in Old Town. We enjoyed sunning on the terrace while taking in the peekaboo view. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The shower had amazing water pressure (not the norm in Mexico) and all of the creature comforts of home. The pool area is subpar but who cares - go to the beach since that's where all the action is. We had a little snafu with the internet but it was quickly corrected by the property manager (who was very kind and helpful) Definitely go to the little corner store and get the guacamole. Yum!! 4 stars because of the pool but the condo is truly wonderful. We will definitely be staying here again this year! Adios Amigos

Fantastic, comfortable condo

Casa Naomi is a very comfortable condo and in the best part of PV. The huge patio/balcony is an oasis to enjoy each morning and evening. The open air floor plan make it seem like you’re living outside. The area is pretty quiet, which we loved, but just 4 blocks away from restaurants, bars and shops. Yes, there are steps to get up and down, but that’s part of the charm of PV - and that’s why the views from the balcony are so wonderful. Plus, it’s good exercise! The shower is spacious with good pressure, the room sizes are quite large, the kitchen is beautiful, and the condo is well appointed. If you’re looking for a resort style pool, this is not the place as the pool area is nothing great. But the condo is mere steps to the beautiful Los Muertos beach. We’ll be renting it again - our favorite of the 3 condos we’ve rented in PV.

The space is perfect--huge terrace, comfy big bed, plenty of fluffy towels, close walk to the beach and amenities. We did have some initial frustration with electronics and a plethora of remotes (not what we needed after long travel day), but Chris sent someone over to help out and get things resolved. The 1/2 bath is a nice bonus. Fortunately the unit is halfway 'up the hill', so it's really only about 4 flights of steps up from street level. There are a couple mini markets nearby which was nice to have. We only left the Romantic Zone for excursions, but everything else was within walking distance. Having a drink and watching the sunset from the terrace was wonderful. We will definitely keep this place on the list of favorites for our next trip to PV.

Amazing Condo

Place as advertised. Host responsive. This is a great condo just be prepared to climb stairs. Well worth the morning views. I spend months in PV each year and will definitely rent here again.

Perfect Location & Gorgeous View

The photos don’t do this property justice! It is absolutely gorgeous and spotless. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need and there are plenty of extra towels. The location is ideal with an ocean view from the large balcony, a short walk to the beach and grocery store as well as super close to several delicious restaurants. The owner and property manager are both wonderful to work with, responsive and provided a lot of valuable info for our stay at the property and also recommendations for locating the best places to visit near us for everything we needed. Perfect place to stay in PV!

Excellent place to stay

This location worked well for my wife and I. Kitchen had everything we need and since I worked all week, the Wi-Fi was not a problem. The custodial staff was very helpful and the other owners were very welcoming.

Upon arriving there was a representative there to show us all the in's and out's of the property. When she left we got to take it all in. Gorgeous. The view from the balcony is stunning and the place has been decorated with a modern Mexican twist. Chris' condo has everything you could want for or need to make fabulous dinners, drinks, etc... The condo-wide stereo system is a lovely bonus. Great for playing your music while you're getting ready to go out or just while you are puttering around reading & relaxing. It is very close to all the best things the romantic zone has to offer - beaches, restaurants and markets. Lastly - Chris and his property manager John are very easy to contact should you have any questions and they promptly respond. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Condo was as advertised!!

Didn't get our confirmation information till the day we flew out and after a couple of requests for info. After that they were responsive to a minor problem with the A/C, overall it was a great place and good experience. Would rent again.

Great Romantic Zone Condo

The condo is wonderful and has everything you could ask for. The view from the terrace is spectacular. Yes, there are stairs, but they really aren't that bad and the proximity to the beach is great! You don't need a car at this location as you can walk just about anywhere. If you want to go a little further the city bus, cabs and water taxis are within easy reach! Chris, the owner and John, the property manager were easy to reach if we needed them and answered every question we had. We would come back and stay again :)

I had been going to Puerto Vallarta for several years, multiple times a year, and fell in love with it's beauty. Vallarta is a paradise with breath taking views and a wonderful landscape, but the local folks make it a memorable experience. I searched for a few years before finding the perfect location. I am so happy to have a home in one of the most beautiful places on earth.
Don't believe everything you read or hear on TV-- Vallarta is one of the safest places in Mexico. If it weren't I would not live here. PV is located approx. 1,200 miles from the border.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

There is nothing better to me than waking up in the morning and enjoying my coffee sitting on my terrace over looking the ocean and the old town landscape. I love the 'open' feeling of the living room/kitchen areas that blend perfectly onto the terrace.
