Heather was a very difficult guest. She stated that there were kitchen drawers without handles. I don’t even know how to respond to that. Of course all the drawers have handles unless she’s referring to the fake drawers below the kitchen sink. And no dish towels. There’s a drawer in the kitchen with nothing but dish towels. I don’t know where she expected to find them. She said she found mouse droppings, perhaps. We use Orkin twice a year for pest control while they do an excellent job, we are out in the country so it’s possible one managed to get inside. We called Orkin of course but they couldn’t find any signs of pests of any kind. It is true that we had a pipe with a small drip in the utility room but this had nothing to do with water pressure. It was part of the hot water heat system. She said she was having problems with the hot tub. I guess when you turn knobs and dials when you don’t know what you’re doing, it could lead to problems. I offered to have someone come by and reset it but she declined. I guess some people just want something for free. That’s a shame. I’ll let my review history speak for itself.
