It's less than a 15-minute walk to the golden sand of Rockaway Beach from this comfortable, two-level home. Upon your return from a day of beachcombing or boogie boarding, you'll be greeted by a covered front porch where you can get the gas grill going for an afternoon or evening barbecue. The interior living space is open and polished, offering large windows and an airy layout that brings together the living room, the kitchen, and the dining room. In the kitchen, you'll find stainless steel appliances (including a French door refrigerator and a dishwasher) and an island with bar seating for three, as well as additional seating at the adjacent farm table. As the day's swimsuits spin in the side-by-side washer/dryer, you can unwind after dinner in the living room, watching Netflix and cable favorites in the warmth of the wood-burning stove. Additional amenities include WiFi throughout the house and flatscreen TVs in each of the bedrooms.

Up to two dogs are welcome for a nightly fee
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
