This exceptional home in Del Webb's Sun City Palm Desert is on a corner lot with a gated courtyard entry and the interior has been professionally redecorated. Original art is displayed throughout the home with lighted sculptures accenting the Great Room. A 75" TV and multi-colored fireplace are featured. A separate dining area off the open kitchen is highlighted with blown glass lighting. High-speed internet and WiFi are included. A 65" HDTV is located in the separate entertainment room with office space. Flat screen TV's in all bedrooms are provided. A completely well-equipped kitchen with a convenient TV enables eating at home and local stores are convenient for shopping. Laundry room with washer and dryer leads to a private two-car garage. The outdoor patio boasts a BBQ and new patio furniture with umbrellas and cushions. A large rock formation is donned with lyrical metal and glass flowers amongst the real plantings. The huge Master Bedroom has a King Bed, sofa seating area with a 75" HDTV plus additional office space. The Master Bath has a dual sink vanity, large walk in shower and huge walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet and adjacent full bath.

Comfortable and Colorful

We loved our stay at this house in Sun City! The house is well-equipped, the beds good, and the back patio delightful with its lemon and grapefruit trees, a fire pit and water feature. The manager is wonderful and responded quickly to my questions.

Spacious and multi-faceted.

House is very well appointed and the backyard is quite nice, esp with the lemon and grapefuit trees. Management was ultra responsive (Eddie is fantastic) and supplied a new grill and firepit. House exceeded our expectations and we'd look forward to staying in the future.

Wonderful Fall Getaway

Enjoyed our stay here during Nov and Dec. House is nicely furnished and outdoor spaces are lovely. Quiet area that is walkable to Mountainview Clubhouse with its many nice amenities . Owner’s representative very easy to work with.

Excellent Property

This is a five star property: Wonderful art, great location, clean, quiet, furnishings in house are very comfortable, great kitchen, the facilities available through the HOA are outstanding at a reasonable cost. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Sun City home

Sams house was very nice. The kitchen had all the dishes needed to make meals. All the appliances worked beautifully and everything was very clean. The BBQ was fairly new and the backyard had lovely deck furniture for relaxing. The beds were very comfortable and the large screen TVs were most enjoyable. We had a small issue checking in when we first arrived but Sam was very prompt in dealing with it and it was settled quickly. We would love to return to this home another time.

Very nice house overall.

A few things, such as the lights in the fans in the back patio were not working, but were fixed promptly. A few days before leaving we tried the ceiling fan in the master bedroom and it was not working, but we didn't have enough time to get it fixed.
