Beautiful 3 bedroom home located just a block from Prospect park that includes space to kick a soccer ball, room to roam around the playground, or enjoy your lunch under the 100 year old oak trees! You will enjoy the cozy family room to watch a movie, play your masterpiece on the baby grand piano in the living room, or relax in the soaker tub! The fenced-in back yard is beautifully landscaped and has a fire-pit to enjoy roasting a marshmallow or 2!

Downtown Holland is just a short bike ride away to give you access to all of the restaurants, bars, movie theater, galleries, clothing stores, jewelry shops, and the infamous Farmers Market at the Civic Center! Additionally, it is approximately a 15 minute car ride to get to West Michigan's beautiful sandy beaches at the Holland State Park! 1 block from Baker Lofts Events Weddings and Banquets!

-Single stall garage to store your bikes or kayaks. (There is a variety of Bicycles in the garage that you may use)
-Paver patio with table and chairs.

We really enjoyed how spacious and homey this place is! The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of pots and pans and the location was fantastic. The upstairs wasn’t air conditioned so it was pretty warm for sleeping in June, and we had some issues with ants, but otherwise the home was excellent and we loved it!

Holland get away

Girls trip. Everyone had own room. Had nice kitchen which made cooking easy, room to play games and cards. Close to stores and town. Nice park nearby for walking

Pleasant Stay

Nice location! Less than 10 minutes drive to downtown Holland. House is old but nice, lots space for everyone to skeep and move around (we have 5 adults). Fully equipped kitchen to make full breakfast and we did use the grill once for BBQ. A very pleasant stay.

Quiet Retreat

Located close to downtown Holland, it was easy to get around to see the sights as well as retreat to the house. The house was very spacious to relax. It had everything that we needed. If you are looking for a place in Holland, I’d recommend this home unless you are wanting to stay closer to the beach. However, it is very easy drive to the beach. Riding bikes to the beach is a few miles. Overall, this home was what I was looking for, which was a quiet retreat near downtown. Holland is a quaint town with lots of activities to do and see.

Overall great place to stay.

Our only complaint is that the listing states 3 bathrooms but that is a stretch. Upstairs bathroom is a tub and toilet. First floor bathroom is a shower/tub and toilet. Basement has shower only. I would qualify this as more of a two bathroom house. Also, the bikes and grill could use some upkeep in my opinion.

Good House in Central Location

Overall the house worked well for our family reunion. The house was well equipped with the 3 bedrooms and the extra one room in the basement. The fire pit, the basketball hoop, and bikes were nice additions! Feedback: The grill didn’t have a brush and proved to be unusable. The bathroom upstairs was dirty with hair in it. The bathtub in the upstairs bathroom was leaking and a knob was so hard to turn so it was unusable. Appreciated the washer/dryer and the detergent provided.

Spacious Holland Home

Very spacious and clean home with plenty of sleeping and sitting room. Only first floor bathroom has a shower but the bathroom on the second floor is large and has a tub. Didn’t use downstairs shower but used the washer and dryer. New models and easy to use. We were unaware of the house’s proximity to the train tracks until we heard the train whistle at 11:30 PM and 1:30 AM! If you’re a light sleeper or have small children this might be disruptive. Closing the windows and using the air conditioner helped. Overall the house was exactly as advertised and very convenient to downtown Holland.

We never really thought about the train tracks as they cut right through downtown and the entire city of Holland hears them... and we've never heard anyone say anything about them. Large and cozy but lacks comfort

Overall impression is that the place is great to live in for a few days. It does lack a couple things that would make guest stays a little easier and more comfortable, but we still had an awesome time, especially with a bunch of things to do around the area! The place is an old style (a lot of wood) with a few things like TV and sink replaced with newer/modern models. + Location is perfect to hit a bunch of nice spots with ease + Much bigger than expected, can easily fit 8 people + A lot of drawers around the house for storage + Cozy, clean, and good sized bedrooms + Beautiful piano which is an awesome plus but slightly untuned – Pretty clean except some pots/pans, parts of carpet sticky, and the basement (advertised to have a shower/bathroom but it's very dusty and spider-ridden) – Amenities is exactly as mentioned on the site, no more and no less. Some items that would have made our trip a little more comfortable is providing cooking oil, small size shower soaps, bathroom mat, shoe rack, hair dryer, maybe board games. It's a hassle to have to buy all kitchen condiments knowing we aren't able to use it all. – Does not seem to restock between guest stays. We only had 3 dishwasher pods for our 5-night stay and had to have it brought to us. – Depressing dining table lighting, very dim – Sofa is oddly far from the TV, would be nice to have HDMI cable and adapters provided – Yard fire pit is also oddly far from the house and not lit at all. There are no street lights either, so it was basically pitch black at night. We had to use our phone flashlight to get around.

Thank you for your comments Michelle! We will certainly take them into consideration for our future guests! Just a few comments in response; In the past, we have provided condiments, spices, shower soaps, shampoo, etc. However, some people just took all of those items with them when they left (we are sure this wouldn't be someone like you!) A brand new box of dishwasher pods was right behind the other one, but I am glad we were able to deliver more to you very quickly. An HDMI cable and other cables are in the stand just to the right of the TV. Finally, we find it more of a safety concern to make sure the fire-pit is not located right next to the house. We will work on getting some additional outdoor lighting, board games, a deck of cards, etc. Thanks again for the comments! Overall, we are glad that you enjoyed your stay!

Family reunion

Our family stayed here for a family reunion. The location was convenient to the other rentals for our group. We loved the outdoor area for bbq, outdoor games and the awesome fire pit.
