OVERVIEW: Welcome to Rehoboth Seaclusion Condo, a pet-friendly and completely renovated cottage in Rehoboth Beach. Professionally furnished, bright, and airy, this three-bedroom, one-bathroom beach condo is fully self-contained with a private entrance and amenities. If you need more room for family gatherings, this cottage can be rented along with four other condos and a tiny house in the same community, accommodating up to 33 guests. It's the perfect setup for a family reunion without breaking the bank! This bright, airy condo features a full-service kitchen, high-end furnishings, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Sleeping seven comfortably, the home offers two king bedrooms and a third bedroom with a queen and a twin bed. Linens are supplied.
LOCATION: Situated on the Bayside, you're less than 2 miles from beautiful Rehoboth Beach and the Boardwalk! The tax-free Tanger Outlets are also within 2 miles, and plenty of 5-star dining options are within walking or biking distance. Bring your bikes and enjoy the nearby bike trails and state parks. You do not have to cross Rt. 1 (Coastal Highway) to reach Rehoboth Avenue—simply walk down Roosevelt St. onto State Rd. It's an easy walk or bike ride.
PARKING: Assigned parking for two vehicles.
AMENITIES: Ceiling fans, a stackable washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and off-street parking. Check-in is easy with an electronic keypad system. Shared community amenities include a fire pit, gas grill, charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and a putting green with balls and adjustable clubs available for guest enjoyment.
THINGS TO KNOW: Some amenities are shared; please be courteous to your neighbors. Two dogs are permitted, and each dog is subject to a pet fee. Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges. Quick beach getaway

Great place very clean and just a short drive to the beach ( under 5 minutes). Well stocked kitchen. Condos are right across from the water tower and public facilities but there are grassy areas and outdoor chairs Overall great place!

Excellent rental and great experience!

Excellent rental and very easy booking process! The rental was clean and had updated/working appliances. The only thing I would suggest is maybe a bit more seating in the living room. Great place!

Perfect size, Perfect location

We had an amazing Memorial Day Weekend at this condo. There was ample space, beautiful common outdoor areas: benches, chairs, fire pit, grilles, outdoor showers. It was within walking distance to the beach (20-25 mins) and the main downtown restaurants/bars (15-20 mins). The place was so clean and tidy.

Comfortable, clean and close

First time staying in a Vrbo property. Perfect size for 4 adults and dog. Comfortable living space and beds. Just a short drive away from the boardwalk and walkable if you so choose. Didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit due to other guests and next time I would request the top floor. Definitely would stay again either way.

Cute place

The apartment was nice, liked the fact that there was some outdoor space and was biking distance from the boardwalk. Brought our own linens but wish hand towels were supplied in the bathrooms. Grills could also use dedicated tools for each one. All in all, a nice little beach getaway

Worked well for a last minute getaway

Very clean, nicely decorated. Had pretty much everything we needed, although I recommend bringing your own hand soap. I was unable to check in/out on the Happy Stays app, which was concerning since that was the only way I was given to check in. I called remax instead and it did not seem to be a problem. Location is pretty close to town but still had a secluded feel which was nice.

Perfect quick late-summer getaway!

We enjoyed a four day stay with a few family, friends and our pup in mid September. The unit was just as advertised, clean and well appointed for cooking. The outdoor showers were a good addition. AND dog friendly! The neighborhood and property were quiet. Even with the roads dept (didn’t notice much, with the exception of an occasional back up alarm during the day) and proximity to coastal hwy, it felt like we were tucked back in. In addition, it was nice being only few minutes drive to the beach, tons of restaurants and shopping. All in all it fit the bill for what we needed and would book again.

Great location!

This is such a great place to stay at Rehoboth. Everything you would want to have access to is minutes away. We loved and used the yard, grill and outside showers. The unit had everything we needed except bedding and bath towels (as stated). It was very clean. My only suggestion would be for room darkening shades and/or curtains. I appreciate sunlight, just not at 5:30 AM, lol. Also, the one bedroom window was by the front door light that is on all night long. Guests should bring eye masks if light bothers you. Thank you!

Excellent Property, great location, beds a little hard!

This property was excellent. It was close to everything, and if we didn't have to bring all the gear with little kids we would have loved to walk to both Rehoboth and Dewey each day. Also really close to restaurants. I didn't see it in the description but there are outdoor showers, which really helped with end-of-day cleanup. I have two comments that were less than excellent. 1 - there were several flies in and around the property, which is frustrating but not overly dirty (just a handful of annoying ones). 2 - the beds were very hard, hard enough that I needed to go buy a mattress topper in order to sleep comfortably. The bed frame in the back bedroom was also really squeaky, so every time we moved we were woken up entirely by the squeak. Other than those two things, would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

Great for a ing weekend

Great choice for a long weekend. Just a short drive to the beaches, shops, restaurants without having to get on Route 1. Check in was a breeze. The place is very clean. It feels slightly smaller than it shows in the pictures but there was plenty of space for our family of 4 and our dog. The property has just 1 shower which was fine for us but maybe not ideal for larger families. No cable but fine if you’re accustomed to the usual cord cutting apps. The property is managed by ReMax. My only complaint is that their customer communications are off-putting and downright insulting. It’s as if they have disdain for the people who are renting their properties. I work in marketing and my entire department would be fired if we communicated with our customers like ReMax does. It makes me reluctant to ever want to rent a ReMax property in the future despite the fact that the actual property was very nice.

Modern Condo Near the Beach

We enjoyed our stay at this modern beach rental. Big beds, kitchen seating and a tv all made the stay comfortable and great for a group. Only wish is for a second full bathroom and an outdoor shower or water station to wash off sand.

Newly renovated and clean - perfect for our family (2 parents and 2 adult children).

The unit and building are in good condition with recently-renovated, clean interiors and was the perfect size perfect for our family (2 parents and 2 adult children). The parking is ample. Pros: The unit has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including for cooking in; the unit is new, fresh, and clean. Cons: Across from City maintenance yard (which wasn't too bad but there were beeping trucks in the morning and it feels a bit industrial - all known ahead of time for us, so it was fine); also, while the walk is short to Rehoboth Avenue (about 15 minutes) and to the beach (about 30 minutes), the first 5 minutes of the route (nearest the unit) is not super pedestrian-friendly (had to walk in the street, no sidewalks, under an overpass, etc.) - it was ok for our 4 adults but I wouldn't want to walk it with younger kids or feel safe at night unless in a group as we were. All-in-all, the property was very nice and a good choice for us!

Best Location! Best Get Away!

Me and my family vacation in the Rehobeth Bethany area every year. This is a fairly new property. At first it seemed small because it is literally the living room kitchen and three bedrooms, but we roasted marshmallows in the pit and sat on the front lawn every morning. It was quite relaxing.
