The Space: Designed for Groups

Unlike typical beach rentals, CasaCottage is engineered for group comfort, featuring two separate living areas. This layout is a favorite for families, allowing the kids to have their own movie-night lounge while the adults gather in the primary living room.

Sleeping Configurations (Sleeps 14):

- Bedroom 1: Master Suite with a Queen Bed.

- Bedroom 2: Family Room with 1 Double Bed and a Bunk Bed (2 Singles).

- Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds.

- Bedroom 4: 2 Single Beds (Convertible to a King upon request).

- Living Area 1: Premium Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the primary Living Room.

- Living Area 2: Full-sized futon in the second Living Room (positioned for maximum privacy).

Important Things to Note

Linens & Towels: To ensure the highest standards of personal comfort, we provide all comforters, blankets, and pillows; however, guests are required to bring their own bed linens and towels. If you prefer to travel light, there are local services that provide linen rentals delivered directly to the cottage; we are happy to provide recommendations.

Seasonal Stays: From May 15 – Sept 15, we primarily host weekly stays from Friday to Friday to help our guests avoid the heavy Saturday changeover traffic. Please inquire if you are looking for shorter stays during this window.
