Great location

This was a great condo to stay at! We went the first weekend of June. The area we stayed was not crowded which made it perfect for the kids. Just a short drive, less than 10 minutes, to the main boardwalk.

Perfect beach access!

Our stay here was comfortable and the location convenient. Beach access was perfect! A few minor inconveniences with appliances but nothing we couldn't work around. Room sizes were great.

Great condo and host!

The condo was perfect! The location, size, cleanliness all of it! It had everything we needed to cook and extra blankets. Todd was very friendly and welcoming!

Great week

Everything was as described. We enjoyed our room and the rest of the building and amenities seemed adequate although we stayed at the beach. Great location, too. Todd was very nice.

We had a great stay at HSS, check in process was easy and property manager completed our needs. We had plenty of space for our family, kids definitely enjoyed the pools and easy access to the beach. We definitely hope to return soon using the same company. Definitely 10/10

Condo was good for a family of 7. Needs some updating and repairs but for most part everything was good and sufficient for our 1 week stay.

Ocean View

The ocean view was beautiful from the intimate balcony. We had everything we needed during our stay and Todd was very quick to respond to any questions while we were there. The beach was a quick elevator ride and short walk away. They even had beach chairs and a boogie board for us to use. Our children enjoyed the many pools and lazy river each day to take a break from the sun.

Summer Vacation

Overall, the condo was very nice and quiet. There were a few issues that were out of the owner’s control that were resolved in a timely manner. We would return again in the future.

Thanks Michelle. We strive to provide a clean, enjoyable home away from home experience for all our guests. Sometimes things happen unexpectedly, but I'm glad the building management was able to restore the water and resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Todd was amazing! He is a very good communicator. So the issues are not really on him!

We really liked Todd. The housekeeping was lacking when we arrived. Tubs, sinks were dirty, trash was full. The halls and elevators smelled like raw sewer. There was damage to items in the condo, lots of burn holes in blankets, carpet, chairs. The Front desk was a whole hot mess in itself. We arrived at 4:28 pm and the 1st guy couldn’t find the keys. The Lady who was in a very loud and foul mood said well that’s because we were told to pull the reservation because they weren’t there at 4 pm. (This reservation was already paid in full) and it was only 28 mins after check in. Then they give us arm band and tell us that to enjoy the pool. Without telling us that Every pool and amenities were closed for repair. We were disappointed in the over all stay, but would rent from Todd at other properties.

Unfortunately, we don't have control over the 3rd party key holders, but fortunately you only have to pick up the keys next door. I spoke with and reviewed photos from the cleaners and we just cannot believe there was trash full. It's he said, she said, but reviewing the photos from the cleaners after cleaning the unit, there doesn't appear to be trash. WE STRIVE FOR CLEAN units and wish you had reached out during your stay if you found the tub/sink to be dirty as we would have immediately taken care of it.

Decent stay

The condo was nice, we had a good time. The only thing I would complain about would be how dirty the carpets in the condo were for the price we paid for it, it turned everyone’s feet black even when we vacuumed twice a day stayint there. But overall it was a good stay, would return again.

Definitely recommend! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location, easy to get in and out of, close enough to everything without the craziness of being in the heart of Myrtle Beach.

House keeping under staffed

House keeping never came by the whole time we were there. Lucky I had a washer and dryer to wash our dirty towels. But other wise everything was great. Thanks so much!

Typically when booking a condo through Vrbo, it is not standard to have housekeeping unless requested. The cleaning fee charged is between guests departure and check in, however we are looking into providing housekeeping services mid week, during a guests stay (additional fee would apply).

Didn’t meet expectations

Found out after we arrived that the previous owners were heavy smokers and didn’t take proper care of the condo. The new owners are making improvements such as new beds and washing machine as advertised. If you are allergic to the allergens in smoke and air fresheners like me. You will be miserable. Also, we experienced a pest problem in addition to the dirty and damaged carpeting from cigarette burns.

I’m sorry you found the condo so unfitting for you and your family. I really wish I knew sooner and that I could have done more during your stay to make this a better experience. This unit was not in the best of condition upon closing, but the owners worked very hard and spent a significant amount of money trying to make it an enjoyable property for their guests to enjoy this summer. We did deep clean, disinfected and deodorized the condo as well as replaced all the beds and the entire HVAC system. I also realize that some guests may be more sensitive to odors, deodorizers and smoke, etc. We did have 2 other guests that stayed for a week each as well as the new owners who also stayed for a week while cleaning and updating the unit and this was the first time I heard of such displeasure. I did offer to get the pest control in earlier in the week, but you had preferred to wait at that time and then later in the week I had them in there within 24 hours and it would have been sooner if the original tech had not been involved in an auto accident. Fortunately, everyone was ok, and they came out the next day after you had checked out and sprayed the unit. All units in the building include scheduled pest control visits as part of our HOA. We also had a carpet cleaner come in on Sat to professionally clean, sanitize and deodorize the carpeting. I followed up with the current guests yesterday and they were very pleased with the unit. I will continue to closely monitor the condition and guest experience. The owners also plan to continue improving the property in the off-season to make this a top-rated property in the area. As previously discussed, we’d be more than happy to extend a special offer on top of the previous concessions given to you to make sure you are completely satisfied with our service and properties.

Room and communications with the owner were great. Ocean and beach were nice as well. Overall cleanliness of the facilities (not the room) was not the best.
