Welcome to Tahiti, a Vue Vacations home! Located in the gated community of Montage at Santa Rosa, Tahiti is an island-inspired retreat designed for relaxation and fun. With five bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, this beautifully updated home offers everything you need for an unforgettable desert escape — a private pool with a waterfall spa, tiki bar, fire pit, five-hole putting green, and plenty of outdoor space to gather and unwind.

WALKING DISTANCE to the festivals.

Step outside to your own tropical getaway where palm trees, tiki torches, and bistro lights set the mood. The patio features a sparkling pool and waterfall spa, shaded lounge areas, hammocks, and comfortable seating for relaxing by the water. A built-in BBQ, tiki bar, outdoor TV, and misting system make it easy to spend the whole day outdoors. As evening settles in, the fire pit becomes the perfect gathering spot to unwind and enjoy the warm desert air.

For those who love to play, Tahiti offers endless entertainment. Challenge friends to bocce ball, ping pong, billiards, or arcade games, or perfect your short game on the five-hole putting green.

Inside, the open-concept kitchen connects easily to the living and dining areas, creating a great space for group meals and gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain, and there’s seating for eight indoors plus room for twelve more at the picnic-style table outside. The primary suite includes a jetted tub and private patio access, offering a quiet spot to relax at the end of the day.


*Quiet hours and noise restrictions will be strictly enforced. Quiet hours are from 9PM-8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10PM-8AM Friday-Saturday - but it is important to respect the neighbors at all hours of the day as violations can occur at any time. Outdoor Music is not permitted after 9PM. Any violations will result in a $1,000 fine per offense and will be guests financial responsibility.

BED/BATH ARRANGEMENTS:

Bedroom #1: Primary suite with King-size bed and Twin-size pull out trundle bed.
En-suite full bath.
Bedroom #2: King-size bed.
Bedroom #3: Two Queen-size beds.
Bath #3 is a shower bath shared between bedrooms #2 and 3
Bedroom #4: King-size bed.
Bedroom #5: Full-size bunk bed with a trundle pull out.
Bath #2 is a Jack and Jill full bathroom for bedrooms #4 and 5.
Half bath is located in the main hallway.

- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check-in begins after 3:00pm local time, and check-out is no later than 10:00am.
When available, early check-in or late check-out may be arranged for a $150 fee per request (up to three hours). Availability cannot be guaranteed and depends on preparation schedules. We always recommend planning for the standard check-in/out times.

DO YOU HAVE A POOL AND SPA?
All of our homes feature private pools and spas! The pool will be set to 84 degrees free of charge October-May. If you would like the temperature to be increased, this will result in an additional charge of $100 per day. There is no fee to heat the spa and recommended temperature is between 100-102. *STAYS OF 5+ DAYS SUBJECT TO POOL HEAT CHARGE*. Pool heat not available on departure day!

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly! We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if necessary. Please note, pets are not permitted in the pool/spa at any time and we ask that you clean up after pets appropriately. Please contact us if a pet will be joining your vacation.

WHAT ARE QUIET HOURS?
We encourage you to enjoy our vacation homes, however we must abide by city and HOA policies. Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9PM-8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10PM-8AM Friday-Saturday - but it is important to respect the neighbors at all hours of the day. Outdoor Music must be at a reasonable volume and is not permitted after 9PM. Any violations will result in a $1,000 fine per offense and will be guests financial responsibility.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes! The HOA has strict regulations on parking. The home has 6 spots available - 3 in the garage and 3 in the driveway. If vehicles are oversized, you may not be able to fit as many. Any tickets or towing due to parking will be the guests financial responsibility. Parking specifics will be sent with your check-in instructions.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All our Vacation Homes have keyless locks! This system allows us to issue each guest a "code" for their stay rather than a physical key. We will provide you with this code prior to check in, making it a much smoother and easier process when you arrive to the home.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING? WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT MY STAY?
All guests will be provided with a digital guide before their stay. This guide will include information about the home, the area, and anything you need to know about your reservation including parking rules, check/in out procedures and the hot spots around town. We recommend reading through the guidebook thoroughly prior to arrival and downloading the app so this information can easily be accessed before and during your stay. Homes will not have physical binders. This electronic version will be your go-to guide.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished including all linen, bath and pool towels. Kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and appliances. Please ask us if you are wondering about the availability of a specific appliance or amenity. We also provide a starting supply of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. We do not provide spices, cooking sprays/oils, cling wraps, zip loc bags, pool floaties, etc.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home as we do not have mailbox keys for the homes and cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. Please contact us if shipping needs are required and we will do our best to accommodate you!

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker. Absolutely no outside music past 9PM.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes! All of our homes provide a set number of parking spaces for guests in the garage and/or driveway. Parking specifics will be sent to you prior to your arrival.

WILL WIFI AND CABLE TV BE AVAILABLE?
All of our vacation rentals are equipped with smart tv's and high speed WiFi.

SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT PESTS?
We are in the desert, so there is a possibility to run into our local pests and critters. Please help us keep the home and yards pest free by keeping all exterior doors and screen-less windows closed at all times and cleaning up trash from outside.


HOW DO I ACCESS THE HOME?
The home is in a gated community and fully fenced in. You will access the home through the front driveway and front door only. You will be sent a door code 24-48 hours before arrival.

Your host won't be on the property but they'll be available for anything you need during your stay!

A digital guidebook will be sent to you before your stay. This will include details about the home, area, and check in/out instructions.

Montage at Santa Rosa is the best location in the Coachella Valley any time of the year, but especially during festival season! Our home is within walking distance of the Empire Polo Grounds - home to Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals.

Take a quick drive down Jefferson to the famous PGA West golf communities for a round of golf on one of their 3 public courses.

A short drive west will take you to the famous El Paseo where you can enjoy a day of shopping and lunch. Or, head over to Old Town La Quinta for dinner.

Head to Hwy 111 and you will have access to several grocery and specialty stores such as Target and Costco or coffee shops like Starbucks and Coffee Bean.

Easy freeway access for a quick trip to the airport, Downtown Palm Springs, or any surrounding Southern California city.

Beautiful home in the desert!

Everyone enjoyed our stay here. The house was spacious, really clean, and spotless! The house had many activities including a ping pong table, a pool table, mini golf, a beautiful pool and a warm spa perfect for the winter. Would def book again!

Perfect place for a desert getaway!

The house was exactly as the listing described. Great location close to the polo grounds. We had 2 families with kids stay here and the house had everything we needed. Host communication was also great and they were easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing home!

This home has it all! Mini golf, ping pong, a pool and a pool table! Perfect for large families, toddlers and doggies. Home was spotless. Host was very communicative. Location was perfect! Its the best home we have rented so far.

Everything was Perfect!

We LOVED everything about this house and our experience with Vie Vacations! We have a blended family with kids ages 11-33. This home had something for everyone and working with Vue was exceptional. They are organized, very communicative and made every thing about our stay easy! We will definitely be specifically looking for their properties in the future.

A piece of PARADISE

Our family had an amazing stay at this property! From the time we first had communication with Loka and Liz, throughout our stay and even after, everything was first class! Loka and Liz had all the amenities we needed and were great to work with. Property itself is wonderfully maintained and is very private/quiet with working central air conditioning. The outdoor living space was INCREDIBLE! As soon as we stepped out the back door, we were IN LOVE! Perfect spot near all the markets, restaurants and city shops (CostCo, Target, Walmart, etc.) Far/yet close enough from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles. Would highly recommend the property and hopefully get a CHANCE TO RETURN. THANK YOU LOKA/LIZ :)

Beautiful Property in the desert!

We had four generations stay at this property over the Christmas holiday. It was perfect and had something for everyone. There were 9 of us from 2-81 and we all had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy! The house was extremely clean and comfortable. We really loved staying at Tahiti!

Great week in La Quinta!

It was a fabulous house with lots of space for a family of all ages from a 10 year old to teens, adults and the elders. Rooms spread out with comfy beds and pillows. All tile floors so noise travels a bit. Just be sure to take the back bedroom for if you are looking for a more quiet spot.

Tahini was a great house for our friends and family.

Tahini house offered so many choices of things to do. Kids and young adults had plenty of options of activities that they hardly were on their screens and devices which made for a great friends and family get away. Adults had plenty of relaxing because the kids were busy. House offered many choices for sleeping and bed configurations. House was clean and neat.
