Gorgeous views await you in this 4 bedroom 3 bathroom Carolina stunner. Let all your stress melt away in beautiful Sunset Beach. Sunset Beach was recently named one of the top 10 beaches in the country by National Geographic. The house is only 2.2 miles or a quick 4 minute drive to the Sunset Beach parking lot and pier. Enjoy the large open living area which overlooks the pond. You will be delighted watching the costal birds, numerous turtles and occasional alligator swim by from the comfort of the couch. Enjoy your morning coffee in the screened-in porch overlooking the pond. Home includes large living area and dinning area with large table for games and puzzles that are provided in game closet , fully stocked kitchen with all cooking amenities and laundry room. Master bedroom with walk in closet, king size bed, TV and ensuite bathroom. 2nd bedroom queen size bed, 3rd bedroom 2 twins, full bathroom between the queen and twin bedrooms. Addition off kitchen has small bedroom with bunk beds and full size bathroom. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Its great for evening walks and admiring the beautiful intracoastal waterway which is directly across the street from the house. North Myrtle Beach is a 25 to 30 minute drive and Myrtle Beach about a 40 minute drive. The attached garage is not included in the rental and not for guest use. No cable but there is an antenna which picks up about 20 channels and the tvs are smart tvs so you can sign into your Netflix or Hulu accounts. Absolutely no smoking or pets allowed. If evidence of smoking or pets are found guest will incure additional fees and will be asked to vacate property with no refunds. Maximum of 8 guests at all times, Maximum of 4 vehicles at all times and no parking on the street. Outdoor quiet hours from 9:30 pm to 8: 30 am. All linens and bath towels are provided. Property has outdoor security cameras.

Great stay

The location worked well for us. This was a guy's golf trip and there were plenty of golf courses near by. Grocery store near by and several good places to eat.

Comfortable, relaxing getaway in beautiful location!

We loved staying at this house for our family getaway! There was plenty of room for our entire grown family and grandchild to spread gather as well as spread out. The house has a great layout, and the outside views of the surrounding trees, yard, and pond are a welcome contrast to the beach environment. We would definitely recommend staying here and will absolutely consider returning in the future!

Perfect family retreat

This was a wonderful home for a long weekend vacation for our family of four. There was plenty of room for any family or group up to 8 people. My oldest son is stationed at Fort Bragg, and this property was the perfect home away from home. Easy drive to the beach and convenient access to groceries and dining. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We would definitely enjoy staying here again in the future!

Family gathering

We had a nice stay. The house is lovely, very comfortable and is in a great location. There were a few minor but basic issues. The gas grill had not been cleaned in quite awhile. It lacked several amenities including no garbage bags, no hand soap, no laundry soap, no coffee filters, no aluminum foil or plastic wrap, only one dish towel and several electrical outlets did not work. FYI- Locals advised us to buy our drinking water.

Glad you enjoyed the stay. All electrical outlets do work. Some of the outlets in bedrooms and living room are controlled by a switch which are labeled in each room above the switch so guests know which one to turn on for the outlets to work. There are numerous coffee filters and are located in drawer below the coffee maker and also labeled for filters. The gas grill is only 10 months old and was thoroughly cleaned before the beginning of rental season at the end of May. Unfortunately not all guests clean grill after use which is why I leave grill scrub brush/supplies so guests can clean grill before use. The house keeper is instructed to leave 5 garbage bags for each stay. 1 in the can and 4 underneath. We do also provide liquid hand soap for all 3 bathrooms. We do not provide plastic wrap, aluminum foil or laundry soap but do provide toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher packets, towels and linens.

Disrespectful

I would never recommend anyone to stay here. They have hidden cameras inside the home. They will accuse you of running up they bills and not cleaning up just too try and get extra money from you . They accused me of doing a chargeback on a cash app that i have no access too . The neighbor went fishing in the pond &threw the fish back . But my party is being accused of it ‘ The lady Amanda is so disrespectful after i constantly tried to work with her ! It make absolutely no sense of the things i am being accused of in this home ! Also number one rule anybody should is “no hidden” cameras are allowed i will post this on every social media platform &send it too Vrbo , Google ,&Etc . Also my other guest will be leaving reviews also

The person who left this review is clearly lying. Obviously there are no hidden cameras inside the house. That would be highly illegal and what host in their right mind would do that. This person stayed for 3 days and I have received no money at all. In fact I am out hundreds of dollars. Even though she chooses not to pay I still have to pay housekeeper, water, electricity, and amenities used. On night 2 she went directly through her credit card to claim it was "stolen" and reverse the charges to get out of paying for her stay. Meanwhile they violated almost every rule in the listing agreement including smoking, having more than 8 guests, fishing in pond and excessive noise complaints during outdoor quiet hours. In regards to the "neighbor" fishing this was clearly a young man in their party as we have multiple complaints from neighbors and pictures. As far as disrespectful the only disrespectful one is her. I find it pretty disrespectful to stay in someone's home and not pay for stay and on top of that leave excessive mess, leave on all outdoor lights night and day to run up electric bill when they had no intention of paying. If she wants to work with me as she states in review she can start by paying for her stay. This whole review came in her retaliation once she found out the chargeback team and I are on working on the case to get the chargeback reversed. Mind you, the strangest thing of all is she tried to claim she was not at my property to credit card company but admits to me through messages she was there and leaves her review which is proof of her stay. All I can say is wow just wow. I am a premier host, give guests excellent experiences and insure cleanliness is a top priority. Look at all my great reviews from actual paying guests. Please also feel free to message me if you are a potential guest and have any questions regarding this review.

Love this place

We booked this place for the second year in a row and absolutely love it. It’s between two of our favorite beaches, Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach, so we have the choice of which one to go to. The neighborhood is quiet and the house itself is spacious and comfy. We will definitely be back.

A wonderful time!

We loved this property! The neighborhood was so quiet and the screened porch overlooking the pond was so relaxing, it was my favorite spot. The beds were comfortable and that was huge for us! Great location with short drive to a quiet beach and grocery store was close. Great response from owner. I could never figure out the TV but that was minor. This is the best place for a quiet, relaxing time. We would love to stay again.

Wonderful

Communication was great, house was so welcoming and comfortable, and even on a rainy day when we couldn't go to the beach we sat on the back porch and watched the alligators. Will definitely be back!

Peaceful & Relaxing

5 minute drive to the beach. View of a pond with Gators, Turtles & Herons. Saw an 8ft gator so be careful around the water. We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family get together this summer!

Great house and overall experience

The whole family enjoyed the house. It was very clean with lots of space to spread out. We loved the enclosed porch and being able to grill from inside of it. It was close enough to the beach and other entertainment. Communication was prior to check in was excellent and access to the property was very easy. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your home!

My husband, myself and our french bulldog Remy reside mainly in the beautiful blue ridge mountains of North Carolina. Our job allows us to travel the country and see some pretty amazing places. We have been to every state except for Alaska (we've got to work on that one). With that being said we love the beach, and fell in love with the beautiful beaches in the Sunset Beach area. We recently purchased this home so we can spend some of the year at the coast and the rest in the mountains (the best of both worlds). We truly hope you enjoy our home as much as we do. We will be available for any questions or advice on the area.
