There are ceiling fans throughout, central air conditioning, 55" TV and two smaller TVs in bedroom and hallway, fireplace, deck for your outdoor dining, enclosed sunroom in the back of the house ideal for summer indoor dining, sunny dining room, screened-in front porch, living room, spacious hall on second floor with four bedrooms; two additional bedrooms on first floor; equipped with all kitchen necessities, free WiFi and streaming on 55" TV, DVD, beach chairs, beach toys, charcoal grills. Just a two minute walk to the beach, public dock available for your boat; fishing from the pier; park area with charcoal grills and a bath house for your use. Great community for bike riding; visiting nearby historic Chestertown (free outdoor concerts on weekends), 60 miles to historic Annapolis (Maryland's capital), fishing outings from Rock Hall. Choose a little restaurant for your special meal. The relatively flat land in Kent County attracts cyclists in abundance; the autumn brings the migration of geese seen across the sky.
